This property was a complete disaster, especially for a winter stay. From the owner's dismissive attitude to the unsafe and inadequate conditions, my experience was truly awful.First, communication with the owner was unacceptable. My concerns were met with a delayed and dismissive response. She clearly didn't care about the comfort or safety of her guests. The property itself is simply not suitable for cold weather. The windows were incredibly drafty, allowing freezing air to pour in. Both bedrooms had direct access to outside doors, which felt extremely unsafe. The only source of heat was a few small space heaters, utterly incapable of warming the place in 25F weather. To add insult to injury, the smoke detector was detached from the wall and constantly chirping, a serious fire hazard and a constant annoyance. While this property *might* be okay for a summer stay (though I seriously doubt it), I would absolutely, positively advise against booking it during the colder months. The lack of proper insulation, inadequate heating, and unsafe conditions make it a terrible and potentially dangerous choice. Don't make the mistake I did - avoid this property at all costs!
I loved the house, it was well decorated, clean and close to everything I needed! The property managers were easy to reach, the home was very comfy and cozy!
The pictures are just like the property! Everything was great! Location was perfect and close to everything. We came to drop our daughter off at college and was close by. The host communicated and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed! I definitely will be booking again! Thank you!

Wonderful host!
We overall enjoyed our stay the parking situation was a little confusing and wish the place had more than 2 small mirrors inside to get ready with. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Property was very clean and the hosts even went above and beyond to leave a few complimentary things for our stay.
This was the cutest VRBO right in the city!! Awesome place for a family or group of friends. We got back late at night the first night and all the stores were closed... there were a couple of waters and snacks on the counter that got us through till morning! What a sweet thought!! We had a blast and enjoyed this rental!
We enjoyed our stay and it was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and the host left a cute snack set up for two. The only problems we had were the noise issues and a bedroom leak. The walls were very thin and we could hear the baby next door crying at all hours of the night and early morning. Also, the road noise was loud on the busy road. Parking was difficult but doable. It started raining our last night and the ceiling began leaking over the bed. Overall though we had a good stay and it was fine for a few nights. The host was kind and replied to me quickly. She said they will be fixing the leak asap. I would recommend it. Even though we had some issues they didn’t outweigh the good parts.
Property was just as described. On a busy road but not too bad. Parking was a little challenging but manageable. Was close to all attractions was wanted. Property owner had all the basic needs provided.
Conveniently located near almost everything.
The inside of the property is cute and comfortable. Rules are realistic and easy to follow . The only thing that was a little confusing was the parking since the property is located on a main road but still not too difficult. Thank you !
We decided to go on a quick-mini vacation to Atlanta to the aquarium. The house appears to be across the street from a park. The house is was very clean and we did not have any issues. Our SUV is pretty big so it took us a while to figure out how to get in and out of the platform designated for parking in the back of the home. It was very close to Downtown Atlanta and the house is on a quiet block. The property manager was great with communicating too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
