Atypical quiet apartment with sleeping area completely renovated with taste, Savoyard style new kitchen open to the living room. It has a south-east facing balcony with open views of the slopes. Maximum 4 people, children included.

Le Cocon des Gets Residence "La Résidence", on the 2nd floor without lift, in the center of the village, at the foot of the Chavannes slopes, in a quiet location.

EXPOSURE: SOUTHEAST - BALCONY - VILLAGE CENTER

DESCRIPTION: Renovated apartment with sleeping area that can accommodate up to 4 people.

This apartment includes:
- Living room with 1 comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), access to the balcony
- Cabin area with 2 bunk beds: double bed 140x190 at the bottom, single bed 90x190 at the top (reserved for a child over 6 years old and less than 45kg)

- Equipped kitchenette
- Shower with WC

COMFORT: Electric heating, LCD screen TV, DVD, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, duvets, sheets.
Private ski locker a few steps from the residence.
To avoid abuse, electricity included up to 10kW / day.

Free parking around the residence, possibility of renting a place in the basement a few steps from the residence for around 60 € / week.

Un appartement qui porte bien son nom!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec nos 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans. Localisation idéale pour déposer les petits en cours de ski esf le matin et profiter du village des Gets. Le balcon sans vis à vis est parfait et la décoration très cosy. La luge à disposition et le lit superposé ont conquis les enfants. Le casier à ski est très pratique. Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont très faciles et chaleureux (SCI familiale). Bref on se sent bien et on profite! À noter juste qu’il n’y a pas le Wifi. Sans être un problème c’est bon à savoir. Nous recommandons vivement!

Très bon séjour

Très bonne location. Appartement calme idéalement situé au cœur des Gets à proximité de toutes les commodités et aménagé avec goût. L'arrivé en autonomie avec les petites attentions est très appréciable. Le balcon est bien ensoleillé, c'est un vrai plus. Ce logement est parfait pour un couple.
