Newly renovated apartment located in the heart of the charming ski and bike village of Morzine, in the French Alps. Located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views, the apartment makes a tranquil escape yet is only a stone's throw away to the town center and access to the pistes.

Location

One of the main bus stops for the free navette service connecting you to all of the Portes du Soleil ski, bike and walking domain is just 300 meters (3 mins walk) away, with quick access to the Pleney gondola (2 mins), Nyon cable car (2 mins), Super Morzine gondola (5 mins) and Prodains gondola for direct access to Avoriaz (7 mins).

The apartment is just 600 meters (6 mins walk) from Morzine town centre where you will be spoilt for choice with an array of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest supermarket is 800 meters away (8 mins walk).

There is a public swimming pool 1.3 km away (15 mins walk).

Summer only: Cascade Adventure (zip lines, tyro ferrata, canyoning) located in Nyon, just 1km away (18 mins walk).

The apartment

This cosy apartment is 30m2 with two bedrooms (one double, one set of bunk beds) and a sofa bed in the lounge, sleeping up to five people in total. It features a spacious south facing balcony with a mountain view and no over looking neighbours. There is a fully equipped newly renovated kitchen including a dish washer and a washing machine. There is a separate WC and a recently renovated bathroom featuring an Italian style shower.

There is a private remote controlled car park as well as a secure ski locker. The apartment offers wifi but does not provide linen. Linen hire is available only 700 meters away.

Lovely stay here, would recommend to anyone. There was 3 of us and it was plenty of space. Little walk down to the bus stop which connected with everywhere. Town wasn’t too far either, supermarkets, shops and lovely restaurants. Ella was a brilliant host, very responsive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble

Comfortable apartment close to town

Stayed with two friends for 4 nights - comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment, within easy walking distance of town centre, and good access Nyon lift and Lifts to Avoriaz. Good communication with owner, easy check-in, secure private parking, quiet and peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend for a short stay

Compact, clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and seamless.The kitchen is very compact but has everything you need. Limited worktop space so cooking a meal is a little challenging.Great views and really well placed for all the town bars and restaurants.Great communication from the host before and during our stay. Compact apartment for our family of four but contained all we needed. Excellent location in relation to the town. Very well pleased with our choice. Ella, our host, was very helpful and we have absolutely no complaints.

Morzine outskirts

Great little apartment ideal for 3/4 people. Has all the facilities required for a weeks skiing break with ski storage and private parking. The location is a short walk into Morzine and about 3 minutes to the ski bus stop.

Great property

Really happy with this accomodation for our week skiing - there is everything you need and was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Quiet location with a short walk to town, 8 mins to the nearest bakery!! South facing balcony which looked towards one of the ski runs which was nice to watch at the end of the day with a cuppa!

Fantastic stay at the apartment. Well located for skiing and town centre activities. Probably 8mins walk from the Nyon cable car and 15mins to the Pleney. Town is closer with a Carrefour supermarket around 10mins away. Wonderfully clean and tidy with a very responsive host, thank you Ella. Great balcony which catches some welcome winter sun. Fun had by all! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for our needs for a 3 day stay . 10 minute walk from the centre of Morzine. Would have been ideal if there was a ski /boot storage room made available. But other than that great option.

Snowboarding Holiday

The apartment was perfect for our trip. We were 2 couples, the double bed and futon were really comfortable and enough space to cook and have evening meals. The balcony was ideal for leaving snowboard kit and lots of heaters ment wet stuff was dry by morning. Very short walk to bus stop and into Morzine town. Also walked to Nyon waterfall which was beautiful along the river. Check in and out so easy. Would love to stay again.
