The open-concept living area is perfect for family gatherings, featuring a comfortable seating area with a gas fireplace and Smart TV for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen makes mealtime a breeze, and with seating for eight at the dining table, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked feast. Just off the main level, step outside to the back deck and soak in the bubbling hot tub—an ideal way to relax after a day of adventure.

Parents will love the luxurious king ensuite on the main level, complete with vaulted wood ceilings, a Smart TV, and a spa-like soaking tub. Upstairs, the kids will have their own space with a twin bunk room and a queen bedroom, which share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another queen room. Another king ensuite upstairs offers extra privacy, along with an enclosed balcony for a peaceful retreat.

For some family-friendly fun, head to the garage lounge, where a Smart TV, foosball table, and Ping Pong provide hours of entertainment. A cornhole is provided for more excitement. For more exciting fun, there's also a cornhole provided for guest use. And when it’s time to explore, grab one of the four adult bikes and cruise the scenic Sunriver paths! This home is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short walk or ride from the north grocery store, tennis courts, and the fun-filled Fort Rock Park. Fantastic rental … location and amenities

This was a great house. We had a large group of family getting together and dogs and the property was perfectly set up for our group. It was convenient to the biking trails, north store and the hey. The house had everything we needed and also allowed us to have space to work remotely. We will definitely stay there again. The only thing issue is that they don’t provide SHARC passes. Otherwise perfect.

Great Spring break in Sunriver

The house was very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. All the beds are very comfortable and it was one of our most pleasurable stay, probably the best I think. Sunriver is truly amazing for families. The house has bikes, we used them everyday and took the kids for rides around the resort and stopped for ice ceam at the village center. There is a lot to do in the area, it was amazing. Bellington properties agents were very helpful and very easy to contact, thank you!
