Very nice and cosy 2 bedroom apartment for max. 5 people, recently and completly renovated in Costa Adeje.

7min walking to the beach( Playa de Fañabe)and 5 min walking to the supermarket Gran Sur ( Mercadona, restaurants, bars and shops).

2 terraces, there is BBQ place in one of them.

Fully kitchen equipment with dish washer, oven,coffee-machine and microwave.

Bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine.

1 bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds.

Living room with open sofa and TV( international channels).

Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms has ceiling fans.

WI-FI in the apartment.

There is also iron, hair dryer, hoover,safe and baby cod.

It is prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

It is not suitable for pets.

Max.5 persons.

In the complex there is 7 swimming pools.

On the winter time one pool is heated.

Another pool is lonised and not chlorinated.

Lovely apartment on ground floor next to pool, close to all amenities, host Mery was just a phone call away and very helpful, have stayed on this complex many times but this apartment was far the better. Complex is very friend and Lorna’s pool bar sells good food and always with a friendly service.

Perfect!!

Stayed in many apartments on Mare Verde over the years, but this one has everything you could ask for. Home from home. Air con was amazing and very much appreciated. Only 1 small recommendation - read the Terms & Conditions as we didn't (doubt many people do). When we were close to arriving, the lovely lady meeting us to handover the keys told us about a €30 fee we had to pay as we were arriving late (9.30pm), this did take us back a bit and we were lucky we had euros on us, May be best if they put that on the main add to be clear. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely book here again. Thanks for having us 😊

Fantastic location in the heart of Playa Fanabe with plenty of bars, restaurants and the beach near by. Close to the pools and easy access to the property with secure gates. The agent responded promptly with any messages and was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
