Very nice and cosy 2 bedroom apartment for max. 5 people, recently and completly renovated in Costa Adeje.

7min walking to the beach( Playa de Fañabe)and 5 min walking to the supermarket Gran Sur ( Mercadona, restaurants, bars and shops).

2 terraces, there is BBQ place in one of them.

Fully kitchen equipment with dish washer, oven,coffee-machine and microwave.

Bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine.

1 bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds.

Living room with open sofa and TV( international channels).

Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms has ceiling fans.

WI-FI in the apartment.

There is also iron, hair dryer, hoover,safe and baby cod.

It is prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

It is not suitable for pets.

Max.5 persons.

In the complex there is 7 swimming pools.

On the winter time one pool is heated.

Another pool is lonised and not chlorinated.

Fabulous rental

Thank you Monica,our party of four had a great month stay in this apartment. We found it exactly as advertised,very modern,clean and comfortable. The position was excellent,walking distance to super markets, restaurants and coastal walks. Superb bus service just outside complex gates. Beautiful weather couldn't of asked for more.

Wonderful apartment

A beautiful modern apartment - very comfortable to stay in - excellent location - walking distance to the beach lots of restaurants and bars. Enjoyed this holiday very much would highly recommend staying at this apartment. Communication with Monika was excellent. Check in was easy and smooth.

Family holiday

Many thanks for a great holiday apartment was super clean position is ideal only about 15 metres away from the reconditioned pool and not too far from the pool bar(A bit too handy for me!) Check in was also very efficient many thanks Andrew

Lovely holiday apartment!

We had a super time staying in this apartment. The owner Monika was very prompt with all communication and the property managers Mary and Danilo were welcoming and extremely helpful. The apartment is immaculately clean, well appointed and comfortable, it has been very thoughtfully and professionally refurbished. Mare Verde is a cracking location - supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within very easy walking distance. It is a very peaceful, quiet complex and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Ideal for couples or families looking for a quiet, spacious holiday apartment.

Unforgettable holiday

My family and I spent very good time during our holiday in Tenerife. The communication with Monika and her husband Tomasz was perfect. We were impressed by their marvellous apartment, which over our expectations. It's located in quiet place in private residential complex. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and fully equipped. It seems recently refurbished. All beds are with normal size equipped with comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped with new appliances and all we needed. The bathroom is modern, spacious and very clean. Location of the property was just excellent for us. Many supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby, some of them open 24 hours. The beach Playa de Fañabe is just 10-minutes walk. We are very grateful to Monika and Tomasz, because they made our holiday unforgettable. Due to their positive attitude to tenants, for sure we will prefer to use their apartment again during our next holiday in Tenerife.

Great place in a great location.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen, the grounds on complex are in need of upgrading, which I think is already happening in one area. Beach 5 mins walk away, plenty of shops, bars & restaurants very close also. Unfortunately the pool next to our apartment was being upgraded and we weren't told this before we went which was very disappointing.
