The Space:

This amenity-packed home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, in 4 large bedrooms, with 2 additional couches. It's Ideal for large families and big groups, but flexible enough for business travelers and couples.



Remote Workers and Students work simultaneously on our high-speed internet. Work at a desk in your private room, the kitchen table, the great room, or the den.

The main floor offers tons of seating, perfect for entertaining. Prepare a tasty meal in the stainless steel kitchen, completely stocked with: oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, pots & pans, glasses, plates, and utensils. Coffee and tea is included!



Unwind to cable and Netflix from the 50 ” Smart TV, or additionally in two of the bedrooms. Laundry machines, iron, and ironing board also included.



Retire to your own specious bedrooms, featuring fresh pillows, comforters, towels, and linens. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, plenty of closet storage space, and mirrors for getting ready.



All bathrooms include plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, Hairdryers are available in each full bath.



The lower level suite features a bonus game room, bedroom, and full bathroom. Play game after game of darts, Giant Jenga, cards, board games, or color on the full-length chalkboard wall.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and backyard. The locked owners' closet and shed are unavailable. Ample parking is provided in the driveway and carport.



Self-entry via electronic lock ensures easy access. Early check-in may be requested and accommodated if possible.



The Neighborhood:

SouthPark, a major retail and business district just a few miles south of Uptown, features SouthPark Mall, North Carolina’s largest shopping mall, Phillips Place for high-end shopping, dining, and movies, and Montford for more dining and entertainment options like Park Lanes bowling.



The home offers quick access to SouthPark and other parts of Charlotte, with plenty of Uber options available.

Getting Around:

The home is settled on a central street with quick access to SouthPark and the rest of Charlotte. During rush hour guests may prefer to make a right turn out of the property. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and carport.

**House Rules**

The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained.

Any breach will result in up to a $300 fine for additional cleaning.

Baby (or puppy) gates are available as well as protective outlet covers!



We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



Access to the Home:

Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

You have private access to the entire home except for the locked owners' closet on the lower level and the locked shed in the backyard. Use of the attic fan is prohibited as it may blow out the hot water heater’s pilot light

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM

Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:

You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets:

Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.

Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.

Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.



Parking:

Parking is available in the driveway and carport for up to five cars. Driving or parking on the lawn or grass is prohibited and will incur a $200 fine. Public street parking is not available.

To safely exit the drive way into the street, use the turnaround area of the carport. In order to make a left hand turn during heavy traffic, you may wish to turn right then make your next available left or U turn.



Smoking:

No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



Damages:

Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



Internet Usage:

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



Trash:

Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.



Interaction with Guests:

Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns!
