Condo was completely renovated in 2022 for a fresh, modern feel. Our bedrooms feature brand new mattresses. There is a KING BED in the master bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. On each bed you will find a comforter and a light, very soft bed blanket to suit our hot or cold natured guests. All bed, bath and kitchen linens have been replaced in May 2023.

The outdoor balcony has the best views and you will spend hours enjoying the panoramic views! Directly oceanfront with brand new, Trek chairs for an unobstructed view of the ocean. On the porch entrance, you will also find beach chairs, beach umbrella, rolling cart, extra boogie boards for complimentary use during your stay.

Our kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked with dishes, wine glasses, mugs, blender and other essential cookware. We provide just about everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

To make things easier for our guests we like to provide essentials to ease your burden of packing. With four kids of our own, we understand that bringing less is so much better!

Both bathrooms come with full size complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and full size hand soaps. Both bathrooms have new hairdryers. We provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels.

Ocean Annie's bar is a short walk up the beach. Cold drinks and live entertainment all outside and all oceanfront! Keep going and you will arrive at Apache Pier, the East Coast's longest wooden pier. Grab some drinks and lunch at the restaurant on the pier. Both Ocean Annie's and Apache Pier feature live entertainment each night.

Have fun shopping at Tanger Outlets or Barefoot Landing, just a short drive away. Also, close by are activities such as golfing, miniature golfing, museums and an aquarium. Best of all, you are located on "Restaurant Row", so you will have easy access to the best dining in Myrtle Beach!

Linens are included with your rental, but please note that there is no daily maid service. Not to worry! Our home has a washer and dryer for our guests’ private use.

Additional Cleaning Protocol: All high-touch surfaces cleaned and disinfected with bleach. Along with floors and tile scrubbed with bleach cleaners. Award-winning cleaning services are on staff 24/7.
