Located 5 km from the sea and at the foot of the Albères massif, the Mas Paret is erected on a park of one hectare with trees, this ground floor apartment will offer you all the comfort and calm essential for a successful stay. The accommodation (30m2) facing south, large and bright, has just been renovated up to date. Very well heated in winter. Its mountain view is exceptional. It will allow you to live an exotic and relaxing stay.
Ideal for two adults and one child. (household linen provided, cleaning optional)

Ravis par notre petit séjour.

Nous étions venus pour faire du vélo et le Mas Paret est idéalement placé pour cette activité, l'accès a la voie verte étant toute proche. L'accès a un local fermé pour stocker nos vélos étant un plus pour nous. En cette période nous étions quasi seuls, donc très au calme. Studio bien équipé, bonne literie, bon chauffage. Propriétaire très accueillants et sympas Bref, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Logement au calme dans la campagne à 12 mn de la mer

Nous avons apprécié le jardin du mas avec sa verdure et la proximité des montagnes. A Sorède, à 5mn en voiture, petits commerces alimentaires pour faire ses achats. La situation permet d’être en 10 mn en voiture dans Argelès-sur-Mer et 25 mn en vélo en suivant des pistes cyclables. Très pratique. Il y 7 gites disponibles dans le mas. Une certaine proximité...mais bien pratique pour réunir une famille. C’ est bien entretenu et les propriétaires sont accueillants.
