Apartment located in a quiet, 1st floor despite the nearby shops.
Give east side, overlooking a small pine forest, so no opposite.
Also close to the beach, 200 m. The passage of the Languedoc is a small
one way street, which passes underneath the building. Less traffic
vehicles which are safer for residents. Lots of parking nearby, and all around the residence. Also near a restaurant
'The Sea Wolf'.

L'appartement est ancien, mais l'électro-ménager est neuf ou récent. Idéal pour deux personnes seulement, car assez exigü. Quartier très calme et proximité des plages.

Sejour trés agréable

L'appartement est situé dans une zone d'Argeles calme. Il contient tout ce qui est necessaire. Faire attention pourtant au branchement du frigo qu'on a arrêté par inadvertance en voulant éteindre la lumière de la kitchenette. Faire attention aussi à l'évier qui a une petite tendance à se boucher lors des vaisselle. Le ventilateur est bienvenu.

En ce qui concerne le frigo, ce branchement, bien que non signalé par aucun autre locataire, sera modifié. Quant à l'évier bouché, après vérification, il s'avère que cet évier était obstrué par des allumettes (allumettes jetées dans la tuyauterie). Donc plus de problèmes quant à l'écoulement des eaux de vaisselle. Les cendriers servent également à y déposer les allumettes. Merci de cette remarque et pour l'apréciation de 5 5.

Appart super et petit prix : le top !

Appartement tranquille, très agréable, très propre, bien agencé, bons équipements en bon état, proche de tout et tout cela pour un petit prix. Nous avons apprécié de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture de quasiment toutes les vacances et le fait de pouvoir petit-déjeuner sur le balcon. Le seul petit bémol : à deux, nous avions tout juste assez d'eau chaude (petit ballon).

Cette appréciation nous fait très plaisir. Pour le petit bémol (petit ballon d'eau chaude), en fait le ballon contient 50 l d'eau, l'eau chaude se renouvelle en permanence(chauffe-eau électrique). Alors, à 2 personnes, même en se douchant 2 fois par jour, il ne devrait pas y avoir de soucis. Quand nous y séjournons, même à 4, l'eau chaude ne manque pas. Merci tout de même pour cette note super.Et pour les futurs vacanciers !
