Wonderful house but no pontoon!

This was a lovely house in a very nice area with lots of restaurants available. We loved the pool and the house had many sitting areas, which we enjoyed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms but that's it. Kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the rum that François provided for us. The only downside was that we were expecting to have access to the pontoon but were told right away that it wasn't included, which was disappointing because it is advertised in the title (François, you should change this!). Otherwise we would highly recommend this house!

Séjour fabuleux

Un merveilleux séjour entre amis. Cette villa est parfaite. Très grande, avec son côté champêtre, accueillante, beaucoup d'équipements, située dans la marina près des restaurants et épiceries à distance de marche. La terrasse ouverte sur la piscine et marina, quelle vue magnifique, sans oublier son lever du soleil , sublime avec les voiliers en avant plan. Endroit calme et très reposant. 11 jours beaucoup trop court! Merci à nos hôtes, Francois et Raïssa très sympathiques et disponibles très rapidement avec conseils en bonus. Je recommande sans hésitation cette magnifique villa. La Guadeloupe on se revoit bientôt!

Halte sur la marina

Sur deux semaines en Gwada, nous avons passé une semaine sur la marina. Idéal pour être au milieu du papillon et ainsi se balader sur toute l l’île, avec les restos et bars à côté Très agréable de vivre au milieu des bateaux, avec la mer au bout du jardin. La maison est fonctionnelle, d époque, mais agréable.

Maison de rêve

Si le paradis existe nous l avons trouvé !! Tout y est la serenite de l eau avec le passage des bateaux, la maison hyper bien equipee et tres fonctionnelle, la grande terrasse. Petite ballade a pieds de 3 mn pour acheter le pain le matin ou aller a la rotisserie ou au supermarché. Bref emplacement ideal. Nous avons vecu une parenthese enchantee et repartons avec plein d etoiles dans les yeux. Merci Raissa et Francois. Nous reviendrons c est sur !

Propriétaire au TOP

Nous sommes partis avant le confinement du civid19 pour 12 jours mais confiné au bout du 3eme jours. Nous avons été obligé manque d'avion de rester 5 jours supplémentaires. Le propriétaire a été plus que compréhensif suite à la situation et il y a fait le nécessaire pour que l'on puisse rester sous son toit. UN immense merci à lui. Concernant la maison, le propriétaire a été au top pour nous changer l'eau de la piscine en chlore suite à une allergie à l'eau de mer. Dominique, l'homme de ménage est une personne formidable qui fait un son travail avec beaucoup de précision et toujours avec le sourir. Le plus, un superbe billard qui a su combler nos journée et soirée suite au confinement. Les chambre sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. La maison est assez grande pour 9 personnes et l'extérieur est top. Les commerces : boulangerie, boucher, petit supermarché, (bars, restaurants, petits magasins,... Fermé pour notre confinement) au Top et à 3 min à peine à pied. Grande surface à 5min voiture. Non franchement au Top mais nous reviendrons une autre fois pour découvrir cette île malheureusement toujours inconnu pour nous. N'hésitez pas à envoyer un message au propriétaire pour faire un Visio avec lui avant de réserver cela ne fera que vous réconforter que cette villa est top et que le propriétaire est à l'écoute. Encore merci pour tout et pour la petite attention à notre arrivée qui nous a permis d'apprécier la boisson local.

Un paradis sur terre !

L'emplacement parfait pour découvrir la Guadeloupe, à deux pas de tous les restaurants de la Marina du Gosier (privilège, lorsqu'on voit le ballet des voitures pour trouver un stationnement) ! Notre séjour dans la villa de François et Raïssa a été excellent La villa est un havre de paix. En franchissant la porte de la villa nous avons tout de suite compris que nous y serions comme chez nous. Magnifique point de résidence

Magnifique point de résidence pour des amis voulant partager une maison ou une grande famille à la découverte de la Guadeloupe. La maison est idéalement situé au cœur de la Marina du Gosier, a 5 minutes a pieds des restaurants et magasins dont une boulangerie. La maison a un jardin très agréable avec une piscine et des tiarés qui sentent sublimement bons et de nombreuses terrasses aménagées. Monsieur Chasle est la pour vous apporter tous les conseils et explications souhaitées. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons y revenir très prochainement.

Beautiful location, unique & comfortable house.

We had a wonderful time at this villa right on the water. The decks, the infinity pool, the open air design all made for a spacious, fun home base for 4 ladies. We explored the islands every day, bought fish on the docks & food & spices at the market, then watched the sunset from the deck. Francois was extremely welcoming & accommodated our every request. The house is very interesting, with stone walls, high ceilings, 3 interior bedrooms all open up to a connected terrace. It was peaceful there, though it is residential & near the marina & a main highway. We could stroll to the marina restaurants, felt safe walking in the neighborhood. I would definitely go back to this lovely, centrally located villa.

Fantastic!

We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful home in Guadeloupe. The house is newly renovated and in excellent condition. The open air design and fantastic views of the marina really make this a dream property. The house has every possible amenity and the hosts Francoise and Raissa treated us to a fully stocked kitchen including fresh fruit and bread from the local bakery. The house is in walking distance to the marina and many good restaurants and is centrally located so that we could easily drive to all of the beautiful beaches on the island. The hosts were great and very accommodating.

Why they chose this property

Le Gosier, the sea, the boats; what a privilege to be living on the shoreline! It was the dream of my father, who left us this exceptional villa. My sister and I decided to rent it out a couple of weeks per year so we can maintain this wonderful accommodation. We also enjoy it and we have our boats moored at our private jetty.

What makes this property unique

Very large volumes and lots of space in a Zen setting, a unique and exceptional environment, a very convivial house, family-oriented and functional. From its jetty on the shoreline, or leaning out from the infinity pool, you are always seeing the boats that return from their journey on the seas. Feel soothed while overlooking the water and let the silence and calm of this smooth sea take you away while enjoying the reflections of the sun.
