Pleasant duplex apartment, crossing 75m2 located on the 2nd and last floor of a house with 3 apartments.
Designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 people, our apartment has:
° 1st level:
- a living room with corner sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV,
- an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso, kettle ...)
- a toilet with water point
- corridor with view on the river
° 2nd level:
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed
- a shower room with toilet, hair dryer, washing machine.
You will be close to the cable car, the 2 spa centers (TEICH or MODEL), the casino and the shops on foot. You can park nearby for free and even see your car from the apartment if you wish.
