No toilet paper, charged us extra for sheets and towels

The property manager / owner offered to pick us up from the airport for 20 euros. I double checked beforehand that his car can take our whole family and luggage specifying the number of suitcases. He said that would be ok but showed up in a compact car, and struggled to fit stuff in. In the end, one of us had to find another way to get to the house. Moreover, before we even left, he asked if we came with pillows, sheets and towels. If not, a 30 euro charge for those things. I've stayed in different places in Spain over time. This is not a thing. He was just scamming us. When we arrived at the house, we discovered that there was no toilet paper, and the silverware was minimal. There were just 4 towels for a family of 4, staying for 6 days. Moreover, washer didn't work properly - all the clothes came out sopping wet despite spin and the clothes don't dry that easily this area's weather. Overall, we didn't have a great experience.

Very dissatisfied with these guests, I do not recommend them to anyone, they do not appreciate that they were picked up at the airport for half the price to do them a favor. The cleaning company complained that they had left everything dirty and broken several things (we checked it and it was true they damaged the Velux in the duplex part and other things, I suppose it was the children but the parents are responsible for them ) We will no longer accept them on the property. The prices of the sheets and towels are posted on the website, we subcontract that to another company. We do not provide shampoo, detergent or toilet paper, that is at the client's expense, it is also stated on the website, this client seems to have not read it. I definitely don't want them in the duplex anymore.

No para 8 personas

Veníamos 8 personas y para dormir en cama solo caben 6 los otros 2 an tenido que dormir en un sofá normal y en en el anuncio pone que para 8 se está de vacaciones es para estar bien .también muy pocos utensilios de cocina y el apartamento muy poco decorado las lámparas de techo eran bombillas directamente es una pena que con un poquito de inversión sería genial entre ellos un sofá cama

No proporcionamos champu, gel de baño, papel higienico o detergentes. Si pierden las llaves tiene un suplemento de 50 y de 100 las llaves con mando a distancia.
