NEW ADDITION/RENO COMPLETED FOR 2023 SEASON. 1st floor unit of BAYFRONT duplex with amazing views & location on quiet street but you can still walk to the center of Beach Haven. Enjoy stunning views & breezes from the daybed & dining table on private deck. Hop in the bay for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding & the beach is a short 3 blocks. Crab and fish off the bulkhead, relax in the hammock and enjoy evenings roasting marshmallows around the fire pit with the sounds of the bay.
Walk to Bay Village and the center of Beach Haven. Restaurants, deli and bagels, ice cream shops, mini golf, water sport rentals, bike rentals, all within a couple blocks.

The house has just finished a major renovation and addition for the 2023 season. The new construction includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor unit. New flooring, furniture, freshly painted and updates throughout the house.

Open floor plan living area with views all around, 55" TV, all new furniture, flooring and updates throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops with peninsulas and dining table seating. Dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, all kitchen equipment and cookware.

The addition/renovation includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 the Primary bedroom has king bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2, the blue room, has queen bed with extra twin mattress. Bedroom 3, the green room, has queen bed and bay view. Hall bath has tub/shower combination.

Outdoor areas. Partially covered bayfront deck with dining table and daybed. Bayside yard with direct ladder access to water, x-large picnic table, gas grill, outdoor shower(fully renovated for 2023) and covered lounge area. Covered parking for two cars.

Absolutely perfect stay. Wonderful location with spectacular views. So much to do. We had everything we could have possibly needed, from fully stocked kitchen to all outdoor activities. Every inch was undertaken with great care and attention to detail. The owners clearly love and care about their property. We would love to return next year. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great LBI getaway!

We had such a great time, we did not want to leave. We would absolutely look to stay again! The house was very clean, great usable living space. The kitchen seemed very new and was stocked with pots and utensils. 4 of us (2 couples) stayed in the house and it was plenty of space. 1 bathroom but they have an outside shower that was awesome (great water pressure). It had a great deck with water views and a backyard with a grill, hammock and fire pit. It is a short walk from the bay to the beach. The host was super responsive and accommodating from check in to check out. Thanks again for letting us stay!
