I offer to rent a new apartment 70 sqm in villa, equipped with all comforts, in Valledoria (SS) a few steps from the sea. The house consists of: large living room with kitchenette; two double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), two bathrooms; spacious shared bathroom with shower; veranda, with possibility to cook and eat outside.
The house is about 1 km from the sea, near the center and is located in a quiet residential area, you can reach the beach either by shuttle bus that leaves every hour from the nearby square, or for those who love to move through the cycle paths of which zone is equipped. In a few minutes you can reach the supermarket, bars, restaurants, post offices, banks, weekly markets and the municipal children's playground.
Valledoria is located in the north coast of Sardinia, a few km from Castelsardo, Badesi, the Red Island and Costa Paradiso. In about 60 minutes you reach Stintino, Alghero (airport and city), Sassari and Santa Teresa di Gallura. A few minutes are needed to reach the Casteldoria spa on the banks of Coghinas.

IDEAL PARA FAMILIAS... PERFECTO

La vivienda es magnífica; nueva y acogedora, muy tranquila. Dispone de todo lo necesario, limpio y ordenado. No hay problemas de aparcamiento. Espacio para niños, terraza muy acogedora, cenas tranquilas, al fresco, alejadas de aglomeraciones al uso, muy "auténticas", palpando el ambiente sardo. Cerca (5 min, andando), hay restaurantes (y la mejor pizzeria de la costa norte de Cerdeña está justo al final de la calle, no os dejéis influir por su aspecto inicial), tiendas y un supermercado, en un pueblecito, Valledoria, que tiene de todo. El maravilloso pueblo costero de Catelsardo esta a 15 min en coche, para una maravillosa visita/cena con vistas espectaculares. Valledoria está en el centro de la costa norte, cerca de playas maravillosas como Isola Rosse, Vignolo, Mimosa (recomendamos el "chiringuito" Calypso...), Sta Teresa de Gallura... y la espectacular Pelosa. Cerca de los paraísos de la Magdalena... En fin, ideal como centro de operaciones. Marissa y Sandro nos dieron la bienvenida con un buen "pan sardo", queso y embutido. Son encantadores, discretos, siempre a nuestra disposición... no nos faltó de nada... Sus recomendaciones fueron fundamentales. Gracias Marissa y Sandro!!! Muy recomendable. Vacaciones perfectas.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. TOP Unterkunft. TOP Vermieter.

TOP Wohnung, Sehr nette Vermieter (sehr gastfreundlich). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war genügend Platz vorhanden. Wir hatten das typische italienische Leben mitbekommen. Kein Touristress. Von der Wohnung war es nicht weit bis zur belebten Hauptstraße. Zum Strand musste man mit dem Auto fahren. Das Meer und der Strand waren wunderschön. Zum Schnorcheln ideal. Wir konnten mehrere Ausflüge machen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Sehr Gastfreundlich, typischer italienischer Flair

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich, auch wenn sie nur italienisch konnten. Mit Händen und Füssen klappte die Verständigung sehr gut. Zum Strand musste man allerdings mit dem Auto fahren, außer man hatte ein Fahrrad. Das Meer war genial. Wer schnorcheln wollte, konnte dies dort sehr gut tun. Die Gegend war nicht so überlaufen. Wer am italienischen Leben direkt teilnehmen möchte, und nicht so auf den Tourismus steht, für den ist dies genau das Richtige. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir wären gerne noch eine Woche länger geblieben.

Accueil chaleureux des prioritaires. Rien ne manquait.

Appartement très lumineux décoré avec goût. .le jardin ombragé très reposant..tout le confort comme à la maison. Autour de Valledoria à ne pas manquer ..Costa paradiso..piaggia San Pietro. .Castelsardo.Aggius..Sedini.isola rossa...séjour très agreable à recommander
