This is a semi-detached house located in the pine forest of S. Pietro a Mare in the municipality of Valledoria. Just 200 meters from a long beach of fine sand with crystal clear sea and 1.5 km from the center of the village of Valledoria. Inside the pine forest you can find tranquility and a pleasant temperature even in the most sultry weeks.
