The cabin was cozy, homey and comfortable just perfect for us and located near the sites and activities we planned for our relaxing trip to Montana. Enjoyed the front and back porches watching the deer and taking in the peace and quiet we needed. Would stay here again if in the area!
Our friendly hosts offered solutions to every question we had, including use of a scale to measure our luggage weight. Their beautiful country location had everything you would need in a kitchen, bedroom, bath, lounge, and outside seating to watch the almost tame deer.
Jeannie and Lannie are the best. They are so welcoming and really go out of there way to make sure you have the best stay possible. You combine their hospitality with the location of the rental, its a winner. We definitely plan to stay there any time we come back up to the Flathead area.
What a wonderful stay!
We were met with the best hospitality and accommodations. This location was ideally situated between Jewell Basin and Glacier Park. I wish we booked more time here, there is simply too much too do in this area of Montana!
Thank you for the fishing experience and especially the homemade bread! One of my daughter's favorite experiences was catching the 12 pound lake trout.
Thanks so much to you both. We hope to see you again soon.
My spouse and I spent seven nights in the Cabin. When we arrived we found it well stocked, and ready. It felt like home. Our hosts, Jeannie and Lannie,, were warm, welcoming. They respected our privacy and were friendly, kind and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the evenings we spent with them on the deck sharing stories. Their place is secluded, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed the doe w/ two fawns in the yard and the wild turkeys in the driveway. Their location was perfect for our purposes w/ plenty of parking space for our boat. We were even entrusted w/ a key for the near-by private boat launch to Swan Lake. My spouse and I loved our stay, and have already started to make plans for another visit next year. We consider Jeannie and Lannie's cabin a perfect place to stay.
This our third time staying in the Flathead Lake area, and this as the BEST! The cabin is quiet and secluded and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and we promise that we will be back!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cabin. The fall colors in the Flathead Valley were beautiful. Jeannie and Lannie are great hosts but not intrusive. Lannie helped inflate my tires that were low from the cooler weather. We highly recommend this place.

Exceptionally clean property with everything one would need. Highly recommend.
This was a well designed cabin. Everything was neat and organized i.e. towels, bath supplies, extra blankets. The addition of some drinks in the fridge were very appreciated. The supply of cooking utensils and quality cookware made it easy to prepare and enjoy our meal on property. The stove heat was a nice touch and keep us so very comfortable in the evening.
The touch of rustic furniture and the quilts gave us a sense of home.
Thank you,
Jeannie and Lanni are one of a kind. The hospitality was exceptional. Felt like home sad to have had to leave to go back to Cali. Looking forward to another stay with truly wonderful people.
Jeannie and Lannie's cabin was perfect for our COVID-conscious vacation! We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation to Bigfork and at Glacier NP because we had peace of mind, knowing our accommodations were impeccably clean, well-stocked, easy to get to, and cozy. We especially loved coming home to sunset cocktails on the porch, surrounded by Jeannie's beautiful late summer flowers. Next time we're in the area, we definitely plan to stay with Jeannie and Lannie again!
Jeannie and Lannie were awesome hosts and the cabin was perfect in every way! We would love to rent it again. The cabin was close to everything yet you felt secluded. We saw deer and wild turkeys as we sat on the porch drinking our morning coffee. Thanks again for your awesome hospitality.
Our three night stay at Jeannie’s cabin was one of the highlights of our 12-day road trip through the Rockies. This is a fully equipped home for two, adorned with flowers all around the front porch and many spices in the pantry. Clean and comfortable furniture. The best part is Jeannie’s and Lannie’s hospitality and good cheer.
We came to explore the area as a possible retirement location. We were overwhelmed with the hospitality and warmness of our hosts. The place we stayed at was beyond fantastic. We truly hope to see Gennie and Lannie again soon.
Jeannie and Lanny are wonderful people. When we arrived they came right out to greet us. The property was very clean and inviting. It was just as described. Great location to stay if vacationing in NW Montana.
