Mountain Traveler Ranch Barndominium

Come on out the Ranch! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment (barndominium) sits atop our working barn at the -MT Ranch. Stop and take in a true Montana experience, watch the horse and calves play in the field and enjoy the steers, horses, and other barn animals. Eenjoy your morning coffee watching the sun come up while the Buffalo are a window view away. You can enjoy your stay without going anywhere but we are conveniently located just minutes to Kalispell, and Flathead Lake. -MT is centrally located between 2 ski resorts Whitefish Mountain and Blacktail Mountain. Take a 36 mile drive to Glacier National Park. Enjoy 360 scenic views of the surrounding mountains in this 2nd story Barndominium. Fully furnished with King bed master and Queen guest rooms and tile and wood floors with granite counter tops. An A/C system in the main living area keeps the warm summer days at bay while a fireplace will keep you toasty in the cooler months. BBQ, hot tub, and firepit are at your disposal during your stay as well. Heading to Glacier National Park? https://www.nps.gov/glac/learn/news/glacier-national-park-2023-vehicle-reservations-open-february-1.htm They have instituted a entry ticket system and start releasing vehicle reservations as early as Feb 1st. Come on out to the -MT Ranch and enjoy your Montana vacation!

The barndo was perfect for our family. Suny and Sue shared local favorites for things to do, places to eat, and goods from the area. The area is beautiful - north and east through Glacier and south from Kalispell. It was so nice to have a place to chill when we wanted and in between activities. We enjoyed seeing the ranch life around us while at the barndo too. The kitties were a fun surprise on our last night and tried to hitch a ride back to WI as we packed up to leave! Everything was great, and we are thankful for the opportunity to share your ranch with us.

Felt like home, we are farm family so the ranch made us not as home sick for our cattle and animals. The operations going on was a great thing to see in the am. If you love farming or ranching stay here. Great location to flathead lake, swimming beaches, great towns. Not far from the Blackfeet if you have interests there, glacier is fully accessible from kalispell. Hosts are great.

The Barndominium is as charming as it sounds. It's just outside of Kalispell in the quiet countryside, but close enough to town. We got our own little rodeo watching the family and their friends calf roping in the corral. Everything sparkled on this fourth of July week. The Barndominium served us very well.

Great place to stay for a family (and close to skiing!)

This was a great place to stay for a family - clean and relaxing setting. Close to both Whitefish and Blacktail ski areas. We loved the views each morning.

Beautiful place

We had a great time staying at the Barndominium. Our 4 kids enjoyed all the animals. We explored Glacier National Park each day and relaxed in the hot tub at night. It was perfect for our family.

We were in town for a wedding. The location was close to all the places we were wanting to see in a short amount of time. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We loved hearing the cows in the mornings and enjoyed seeing all the animals daily. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A photographers paradise

The Barndominium was beautiful. The owners were extremely nice and easy to work with. It is perfectly located between the Bison Range, Flathead lake and Glacier. The surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay that the barndominium! It was such a peaceful location and waking up to the horses and cows was a treat! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of the hot tub, but all of the other amenities were great. One tip - bring your own shower stuff (soap, shampoo/conditioner). Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay

Clean and cute inside with everything we needed to have a comfortable weekend stay. The kids loved sleeping in the loft area. The kitchen/living area had enough space for everyone. Thanks!
