Charming comfortable cottage 60m2 in old renovated farmhouse, exposed stone, very nice, quiet.
One bedroom (ground floor) with double bed + a small mezzanine.
Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.),
living room with sofa bed (double),
TV,
DVD player,
Free WiFi internet.

Toilet + shower.
Terrace with garden furniture, built-in barbecue
games for children.

Very nice setting 400 m from a port, many hiking trails and tourist activities nearby (hiking, swimming, sailing, boat ride, riding school, surfing, crossing to the islands etc). Ideally located 20 minutes from Brest, 2 km from the village center with all services and shops.
5 km from the sea, close to beaches, restaurants, peaceful setting, parking.

Accepted animals.
Baby equipment available free of charge on request.

Gite intimiste, avec plusieurs espaces extérieurs parfaitement entretenus, sans vis a vis, pour tous les moments de la journée (farniente, grillades, jacuzzi). Maison en pierre , bien isolée naturellement, intéressante en période de canicule .Seul petit bémol, Lave vaisselle en panne (factuel) , ustensiles de cuisine minimalistes et bricolages maison hasardeux. Situation géographique excellente pour faire des ballades en vélos dans les abers .Environnement très calme , loin des bruits de la ville.Commerces accessibles facilement à velo à 1.5 kms , supermarché à 2 kms.

Séjour très agréable. Magnifique région. Pierre très accueillant et très réactif. Le logement est parfait surtout le patio en entrant où il est très agréable d'y prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil. Je recommande!!

Séjour convenable

La maison est relativement vétuste et un peu surchargée. La propreté laissait clairement à désirer. Pierre nous a bien accueilli dans le logement.qui est bien situé à proximité de l'aber wrach et de différentes plages sublimes.

Gîte conforme à la description. Pierre est un hôte très accueillant. Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse close pour le toutou, et le salon de jardin pour l apero au soleil après une journée à vadrouiller

Altes Steinhaus mit nicht mehr neuer Ausstattung

Präsentation der Unterkunft im Inserat ist nicht falsch, vermittelt aber einen optimistischen Eindruck (Plastikfolie über Matratze). Einiges sollte renoviert/erneuert werden, wie Abfluss der Dusche und Einrichtung. WLAN zeitweise sehr schwach.
