The beautiful kitchen, which has granite countertops and the best appliances (including dishwasher and coffee maker), is equipped with anything you would need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. The dining room table seats 11 and there is an additional table (great kids table) in the sunroom (ceramic tile floor) with chairs to accommodate 4 additional.
Entertainment includes a fullsized pool table, 3 LCD flat panel televisions (1 in each of the master suites, one on the screened in porch and a Large screen HD television in the gameroom) with satellite TV, 3 DVD players and a great stereo system featuring speakers on the decks, in the side yard, the greatroom, the sunroom and in the creekside master bedroom.
(2) Huge jetted tubs. One for each of the Master Suites. These tubs are heated and jetted and can comfortably accommodate 2 large adults.
Huge sunroom at creek side with cozy leather furniture and sliding glass windows so you can hear the creek and the cows `moo`.
This is a luxury log home (nearly 2700 square feet), not just a typical cabin rental. The home sits on 5 acres and has over 600` of trout creek frontage so there is plenty to do with a lot of privacy.
For families with small children, the home is kid friendly too.

We do not furnish disposable supplies like soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We provide linens, bath towels, etc.

HOUSE RULES
1. Registered Guests Only
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may be on the property at any time.
No unregistered visitors without prior written approval.
Maximum occupancy: 2 occupants per bedroom
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Any gathering exceeding the number of registered guests will be considered an event and may result in:
Immediate termination of stay
Removal from the property
No refund
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighbors at all times. Excessive noise at any hour is not permitted.
4. Exterior Cameras
For safety and compliance:
Exterior security cameras may be present aimed facing out from the home to include visibility of entry points and driveway areas.
Tampering with devices is prohibited.
5. Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home, garage, or screened areas.
Violation will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee.6. Pets
Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fee and may result in termination of the stay.
7. Property Care
Do not move furniture.
No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
No candles or open flames.
Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
Grill must be used safely and attended at all times.
Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
8. Thermostat Settings
To protect HVAC equipment:
Do not set heat below 68°F in winter.
Do not set AC below 68°F in summer.
9. Parking
Park only in designated driveway areas.
Do not block neighbors or park on grass.
Maximum vehicles: 1 vehicle per room
10. Check-Out
Before departure, please:
Place used towels in the washer (this is optional but appreciated

Lock all doors
11. Communication
All communication must occur through the booking platform.

Booking this property constitutes agreement to these house rules.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
