Agriturismo Montecchio Villa

Montecchio is an elegant Tuscan farm located on the highest hill overlooking the Saturnia valley. This privileged position offers an extraordinary panorama.

The farm was built at the end of the 1800s by Count Piccolomini (owner at the time of the castle of Triana and thousands of hectares of land in the area) for its factor, the shape of the house is horseshoe-shaped, originally on the ground floor there were the stables, the shelter of the tractors and the barn and upstairs the house. The house has been completely restored maintaining the typical constructive characteristics.

The farm has 5 apartments within the main building, they are completely independent, with their own private living room and kitchen.

Our customers can rent an apartment for 2 to 4 people, if it is a group of friends they can rent the whole house, for a maximum of 14 people.

The farm has 45 hectares divided into woodland, pasture-land, pine forest and olive groves, from which we produce our oil. The surrounding park is composed mainly of pines and olive trees. It is an opportunity for a walk in a pristine environment.
