Located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, atop a hill in the rolling hills, Podere Poggetti offers a 360° view of an unspoiled and beautiful landscape and invites you to leave the usual hectic pace of life behind. It’s the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature with friends and family, in a charming and idyllic setting.

A farmhouse in the beautiful Tuscan Maremma with a swimming pool, surrounded first by a fenced garden of approximately 1,000 square metres and then by 90 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, pastures, and woods.
It is a unique rustic Maremma-style home of 270 m² spread over 3 levels, lovingly furnished, with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, and a kitchen; it can accommodate up to 12 guests.
In the garden, not far from the main house, stands the Dépendance, a small stone cottage (CASETTA) of 60 m² that can accommodate up to 2 guests plus 1.
It is possible to rent the Dépendance together with the main house; the price is to be agreed upon based on seasonal rates.
In the olive grove there is a swimming pool (fenced), measuring 3x12 m, just a few steps from the house but set apart for greater privacy. It is situated in a scenic location and enjoys sunshine from morning until sunset, with 8 comfortable sun loungers and a solar-heated shower. Use of the pool is exclusive to guests of the Casale, unless the annex is also rented at the same time.

The main house and the annex are furnished in a simple and cosy style; you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The main house features 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, and 5 bathrooms.
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the large living room with its beautiful fireplace; next to it is a cosy dining room that seats 12 people. Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen, which features a table for 6 people, and a very small guest bathroom.
On the ground floor, with its entrance adorned by wallpaper featuring glistening strawberries, there is another large living room with a fireplace that opens through a French window onto a loggia. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms: the Turquoise, with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms have a ceiling fan.
Finally, on the second floor, there are four rooms: the Blue, with a double canopy bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub; the Yellow, also a double room, with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower; the Ethnic, with a double bed; and the children’s room, called the White, which is the smallest and has two beds. The latter rooms share a large, bright bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks with the Ethnic room. All four rooms have air conditioning.
The rooms are spacious and equipped with mosquito nets; we also provide a cot.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, digital television, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave.
Outside, there are two pergolas, a porch, and a loggia—ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply relaxing. There are also plenty of deck chairs and tables.
LA CASETTA is NOT included in the farm stay price.
The annex features a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself directly in the living room, which features a sofa bed (that can accommodate a third person) and a wooden table made from an old manger. Next door is the well-equipped kitchen with an old wood-burning oven. From the entryway, a staircase leads to the spacious double bedroom with a canopy bed and the bathroom with a shower.
The price for the Dépendance is calculated separately (NOT included in the price) and is 1,400 € per week.
