This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Penthouse is located on the 21st floor and has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, National Seashore and the Santa Rosa Sound! All bedrooms have a private bath and the living area floor plan is open and spacious. All rooms have a view with floor to ceiling windows. Dining area has ample seating. Tower 3 is the closest tower to the beach access ! 100 yard walk to the Lifestyle Center with spa, restaurants, bar, concierge, market and fun activities.

Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Beautiful Condo & Great Experience

Regular beach travelers, this was our first time at Portofino. The resort was easy to get to and had everything we needed. We were concerned about crossing the road to the beach but it was easy and chair set up was convenient. The pool service, spa, and restaurants were great as well! Our condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious. A few items were missing when we arrived, but we messaged the owner and everything was taken care of immediately. They really went out of their way to make sure we had everything. I highly recommend this place!

Worst maintanance

The apartment floor was nasty, don't ask me about the dirt accumulated under furniture. It felt like no one cleaned that place in a year. They charged almost 160 dollars for housekeeping. I could have done a better job. The ice machine was overflowing and water leaking from underneath the tiles. The vacuum cleaner they gave us wasn't working. I paid almost 4000 to stay. That's the worst place I have ever stayed. Bottom line I would not recommend this place to anyone
