Roomy and comfortable. Only complaint was the floors were not very clean. Looked like they had been just lightly mopped without soap. Bare Feet and socks got very dirty. Had to have maintenance fix a toilet running. The garbage disposal didn’t work and had to get a new battery for the living room light/fan. Beautiful views and close to Peg leg Pete’s. Best seafood around

Spectacular views!

This property has spectacular views of the Bay and Gulf! Plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby, and the property management company was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely go back!

Girls weekend away

Annual girls weekend away to the wonderful shores of pensacola. We loved the view of the ocean and the bay. Enjoyed coffee in the morning listening to the ocean and drinking wine in the evening . Very relaxing weekend

Family Fun

We had a very peaceful and relaxing Family vacation. The condo is perfect for a family with teenage children. Everyone we met that works or lives at the condo was extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend it to any friend or family member heading to Pensacola for vacation.

WOW!

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The check-in process and communication with management was perfect, the layout and furnishings were clean and lovely, and the views from the balconies... just SPECTACULAR! Stay here and you won't regret a second of your time in this beautiful location!

Exceptional Getaway

This property feels a like home away from home. The views are absolutely stunning and the proximity to wonderful restaurants is more than convenient. The condo was spotless when we arrived and everything was in working order. We will be staying here every year on our family vacations. CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!

My family has been visiting Pensacola Beach for 30 years. All things considered, this is our favorite condo to date. The unit is beautiful, extremely clean, and the views (north, south, and west) are fantastic! Surfside Properties manages the property, and they go the extra mile. It's never easy for us to go home, but reservations for 2024 are made!!

Beautiful views!

We had a fabulous time on our trip. Check-in was super easy and efficient. The condo is spacious, the rooms are well furnished, and we were all very comfortable. Walking to the beach took just a few minutes. We visit PB several times a year, and my teenage daughter says this is her favorite condo by far. We especially liked being able to walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner, and we enjoyed watching the Blue Angels fly by! The only complaint we had was the noise from the delivery trucks going to the convenience store next door, but the noise was not discernible when we were inside the condo. We plan to stay here again!

Emerald Dolphin Stay

Our family rented ED 1050 for 6 nights and could not be more pleased with the condo and the property manager. The condo is very large and the views are incomparable. Every room was clean and we found all 3 beds to be comfortable. We loved being close to a trolley stop, a convenience store and Peg Leg Pete’s. The PM, Sam, was very responsive to the one call we made to her and was a dream to work with.

Thanksgiving on the Gulf

Bowls of seashells and mermaid signs are everywhere. The homeowner had a well stocked kitchen. The corner unit offered lovely views of the gulf and sound. Sunrises and sunsets from the tenth floor were a sight to see. Great room sofas were uncomfortable to sit in. We think the frames are broken.
