Mavì villa - Farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre

Antico Borgo La Torre is a holiday farm located in the Municipality of Reggello, 27 km south-east from the centre of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green of the Tuscan countryside.
The farm is composed of two main buildings, numerous agricultural outbuildings and surrounded by a large natural garden with a small private lake. The 32 hectare private property also includes vineyards and olive groves.
Guests have at their disposal a private outdoor space, equipped with garden tables and chairs.
In the summer season a 20-m long swimming pool is available to guests with a splendid view of the lake.
There are currently nine spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens in operation.
All apartments have a washing machine.
Guests are provided with bed linen and towels.

The 130-m2 detached single family house ‘Mavi’ is on two levels. The ground floor includes: dining room and living room with a fireplace and cable TV; kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with dining table; bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with shower / bidet / WC. The first floor comprises: a second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower / bidet / WC. In the back of the house there is a private patio furnished with a table and garden chairs where you can relax and enjoy meals outdoors in the tranquillity of the countryside. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas heating and fans in the bedrooms and in the living room.

Geweldig!

Wij hebben genoten! Het huisje is gelegen in een domein met meerdere verblijfplaatsen. Wij kozen voor ons gezin een apartstaand huisje waar ons kinderen (volwassen) en wijzelf als koppel onze privacy hadden. Elk koppel had zijn verdiep met eigen kamer en sanitair. Het huisje had alles wat we nodig hadden en vooral veel ruimte. Een mooie omgeving, zalig zwembad in een prachtig kader. De wijn van de eigenaars was eveneens zeer lekker. Als we toch een klein minpuntje willen vernomen is het tuinmeubilair, niet zo comfortabel. En...de kers op de taart is de gastvrouw Frederica en gastheer John. Super lieve, vriendelijke, behulpzame... mensen😍 . De auto is een must om de prachtige streek te verkennen. Het was een geweldige vakantie! Bedankt Frederica en John.

Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern

Lage des Anwesens zum Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit, zur Autobahn, zur nächstgrößeren Stadt mit Bahnhof und größeren Geschäften optimal. Empfehlenswert mit Schnellzug in 25 min nach Florenz fahren, Kosten 6,-€ pro Weg/Erwachsener. Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit direktem Bezug nach außen und toller Aussicht, ohne von anderen Gästen gestört zu werden. Teich mit Steg super zum Angeln (auch große Fische, die man wieder freilässt), großzügiger Pool mit bequemen Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Einziger Nachteil: Bei großer Hitze heizt Haus trotz Rollos, Ventilator, etc. sehr auf bzw. gibt nachts die Wärme der Steine nach innen ab. Dies war aber nur bei 2 von 14 Nächten in 1. Julihälfte der Fall. Gerne wieder!

Toller Pool, sauberes großes Haus, riesiger Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, es waren nur ein bisschen zu wenige Teller da. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und oft stand er uns alleine zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Das einzig negative waren die vielen vielen Mücken. Und die Gartenstühle sind ein wenig unbequem. Am besten ein paar Sitzkissen mitnehmen.
