On the edge of Lake Memphremagog, completely renovated and decorated to date. Magnificent view of the lake and the marina (the first photo is the view from the balcony)! A complete bedroom on the mezzanine + a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. New fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter, stove with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave hood, coffee maker and toaster. Conditioning. Wood fireplace (ecological log only $). Cable TV in the living room (dvd) and in the bedroom. Outdoor and indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym. Free WIFI. Bedding included. Short-term dock rental at the marina, which is a 3-minute walk from the condo. Comfort guaranteed in our cozy little condo! Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. Non smoking building. #CITQ 298837.
