This light-filled, classic beach house steps away from the sand includes bead-board ceilings, pine floors, and quartzite countertops. You’ll sleep carefree on new mattresses, fall out of bed onto the beach, shower outside before lunch on the covered deck, grill dinner in the entertainment area under the house, and watch the sunset over the marsh from the front room. You’re bound to enjoy your stay in this stylish retreat! When mealtime comes, prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances!

During your stay, take advantage of the many outdoor activities offered on the island including fishing, surfing, biking, kayaking, boating, and much more. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle boarding lessons. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are located on Center Street (just two and a half miles away). A short drive (just under 13 miles) will take you to downtown Charleston, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and local historic tours.

Girls wknd away

Beautiful location right on the beach! We rented a golf cart to get to downtown and loved being in a quiet area. The house was very clean and has a great screened in porch for gathering.

Wonderful Rental

We absolutely loved our first visit to Folly Beach and this rental is Amazing! Perfect view, location, clean, all the things you need. We hope to rent this home each year! The only thing is we wish we could have brought our Shihtzu and the grill needs replaced.

Quiet and Comfortable Retreat

We were looking for a place to stay on the beach for a couple nights in March. This was the perfect location. It's a couple miles down the road from the hustle and bustle but just a golf cart right away! We had our own beachfront, a lovely screened in porch. The rooms were comfortable and cute. The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our family to relax, play games, prepare meals and rest easy!

A WONDERFUL WEEKEND

This home was in wonderful condition and so clean! Our family of 6 had an amazing weekend! We enjoyed the screened in deck as well as the area underneath the house! Additionally, the kitchen was fully stocked which made meals a breeze!

Exceptional place

Great home in a fantastic location. Very clean and everything is in working order. We have stayed at many places and there was always something that was not right. This place had No disappointments or negatives with this place. I highly recommend it and we will rent it again.

Wonderful home with ocean view

We love this house! This was our third time staying at Next Stop Morocco, and we are so glad we chose it again. Everything is beautiful, plus the ocean view is absolutely stunning. We had such a relaxing time. Being right on the beach is so convenient. Can’t wait to come back!

Family Stay

Property is just as it is pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Mere footsteps away from sand and surf. Public beach area not too far down from property. Folks spread out and will be nearby, just in case you were expecting a "private beach experience." Bert's Market nearby for sandwiches and drinks. Recommend stopping at Walmart out of town to stock up on groceries. Property had everything we needed. Even some games for the family to play at night.

Loved being right on the beach!

We felt like the beach was literally our backyard. It was so magical and amazing to walk right out the back door to it! The property manager is very accommodating. There was an issue with xfinity tv service and they got them out rapidly to fix the issue- and were willing to come to the property if we were planning to be at the beach or away from the property- and then told us they plan to compensate us for that not working for a bit.

Everything about this house is excellent. Many kid friendly activities for the kiddos. Boogie boards, water toys, puzzles, etc. Grill for cooking and many modern appliances so you're not eating out every night. Also washer and dryer on site. Not far from town and shopping. Amazing views from 2 back bedrooms and deck. Great house! Will definitely be staying again!

Awesome Beach Access Home

The house was very clean and fresh when we arrived, and most importantly and what we enjoyed the most, was the direct access to the beach which was the main purpose of our trip. We encounter an issue during night time related to ghost ants. Although the house was elevated, quite a few of these ants made their way into the rooms having a few over the beds where my kids were staying. We texted the number provided but we didn't get a quick response and it wasn't until I re-texted Vacasa, they replied back stating that they will be sending somebody over. We never got notification of someone coming over addressing the ant issue.

Beach, beach, beach

If you want to be close to the ocean, this is your spot! Literally steps to the beach. But, if you want an adorable beach house that’s super cozy, this is also your spot. Home is so personally decorated with lots of character. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is well stocked and the room set up was perfect for us! The upstairs room is a dream! It feels like you’re on an island. We had an issue with the water when we arrived but they sent someone right away to take care of it! Communication was a little weird since it’s run by a company but they were very responsive! There are lots of steps to get into the place so keep that in mind and also lots of weekend traffic on and off the island. But great proximity to Charleston and fun area on Folly Beach with lots of restaurants and bars within a 5 min drive. Great spot all around!!

There was trash lest over from a previous group, what appeared to be blood smears on the wall and door, marijuana residue on the table and Vacasa, who we booked through, was nowhere to be found. The house is in a great location. However, the property managers run this place like it’s in myrtle beach. I’m do disappointed

Did not answer advance-of-stay questions about covid cleaning measures and check-in process. Arrived to find obviously (very visibly) dirty pots and dishes in cupboard and silverware in drawers. Made for a very disappointing arrival after an eight hour drive. Won't rent from Vacasa again.

Next Stop Morocco is a true gem!

First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Folly Beach is a gem of a destination, and "Next Stop Morocco" is perfectly situated right on the beach itself. I found myself taking daily strolls along the shoreline, enjoying the stunning sunrises. It truly felt like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property itself is a work of art. The owners have gone above and beyond to create a Moroccan-inspired oasis that is both cozy and visually stunning. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings is impeccable. From the vibrant colors and intricate patterns to the cozy seating areas, it's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this unique space. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All of the windows offer breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The porch was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The amenities provided were also top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. Additionally, the property was spotlessly clean upon arrival, which added to the overall positive experience.

Not a great experience overall for the week. Upstairs bedding was for twin beds and did not fit queen beds. Fitted sheets were on one corner of bed and then covered up with flat sheet and bedspread. When we text the “local Vacasa team” we didn’t get a response for three days regarding sending properly fitting sheets. Power went out on island and house was not equipped with flashlights. Fire alarm upstairs went off due to dead battery and continued to go off every 5-10 minutes until we lost confidence in Vacasa maintenance to show up and notified Vacasa that we removed batteries ourselves and they could replace when we checked out. Batteries were not provided or located in house. Front door keypad did not work on consistent basis and we were locked out for over 20 minutes. When calling Vacasa, had to leave a message which wasn’t returned for 2 days! Texting Vacasa local team took 20 minutes for response and resetting keypad. Washer usage shook entire house and winds also made house sway. Ants in upstairs bedroom in bookshelves. No blinds in windows in family room and beach goers can see in family living area from public ramp and dressing areas on side of home. It appeared the ramp area was to be limited to specific housing residents /tenants, however many used this ramp as public access. Parking was challenging in driveway due to proximity to public street parking and very narrow driveway. Landscapers and Terminex both showed up during our stay without prior notice from Vacasa. Furniture in family room was not comfortable and could not accommodate the number of people the house claims to sleep. Many frustrations as a result of lack of response from Vacasa.
