Beach Front with views of Folly Fishing Pier. This recently renovated charming cottage has 2 queen beds and 1 King bed along with a queen sleeper sofa bed. The open kitchen features granite countertops and an ocean view while you cook. The open floor plan allows for easy conversation and entertaining. Hardwood floors, spiral staircase, washer & dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms. This home features a fenced yard and fenced deck for a pet safe environment.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let me know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.

This rental was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The king bed in the loft area was very comfortable. Beautiful ocean views. Great deck and little yard with gates- perfect for our dog. Plenty of lawn chairs on the deck too! Situated in a quiet area yet within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Not too far a drive to many amazing parks with extensive biking trails. Responsive owner! We had a fantastic time!

What a great little house on the beach! My wife and I decided to spend a long weekend here and it was well worth it. We found the house to be very clean and the view was fantastic. Best part is that the house is just ten yards from the beach and it comes with a fenced in yarn so you can leave the dogs outside to dry off after a nice day on the beach.

Though a smaller property, the view and how the house were excellent. For my wife, myself and our 2 bassets it was cozy and inviting. From sitting out on the back deck and listening to the ocean, to a very nice living space that was not cluttered with a bunch of knick knacks. And it had a wonderful view of the ocean, especially at sunrise. The kitchen was nicely appointed but could use a toaster instead of a toaster oven, which we do love. And as for the pups, the owner was very thoughtful and provided covers for the furniture and bed, which was a welcome surprise since we bring ours also. Communication was also excellent. If you bring you pets though, make sure they are able to negotiate stairs and we knew this in advance. Our older basset had some trouble, but handled it like a champ. Look forward in the future to staying here again.

Wonderful Beach House

This is a fantastic place to stay! It is right on the beach, close to downtown Folly Beach, and the owner is very kind.

Chastain's Front Beach Cottages has been on Folly Beach since the 1940's. Lunnette Kinard is affectionately known as "Miss Folly Beach" and was the official beauty pageant winner as well as runner up in the state. She is retired but having a great time "supervising". Alicia is now managing the properties.

Why they chose this property

Lunnette built this home on the front beach in 1980. It is a darling front beach home with master bedroom loft. It has a great view of the pier and is a six block walk to center street. You are close enough to walk but don't have all the traffic of center street area.

What makes this property unique

Sunrise views, Pier to the right, Short walk to center street (6 blocks). Pet Friendly with Gates at the top of the decks and fenced yard with grill.
