"La Villa Donna" is a 145m2 mansion with terrace, garden, billiards and jacuzzi, ideally located at the foot of Place de la Brèche. All shops, restaurants, cinema at 150m. In the heart of the Poitevin Marsh, you are 15 minutes from all the must-see sites, 60 km from La Rochelle, 80 km from Futuroscope. Authentic and full of character, you will appreciate the large living room, adorned with stone walls and the high ceilings of all the rooms in the house. It has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. With its "Italian Renaissance" style, the living room and the dining room give character to this old family building completely renovated in August 2019. You have a completely new and fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the garden. A large white stone terrace is available to you for meals with family or friends. And for total relaxation, you will dive in complete tranquility in a 5-seater jacuzzi facing a 400m2 wooded garden. With the household linen (dry cleaning service), towels, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea ... you just have to put your bags and enjoy!

Bonjour Rémi, merci pour votre séjour dans la Villa Donna, je suis désolé pour le bruit un voisin refaisait sa toiture cette semaine et je n’étais pas au courant. la Villa et son jardin ne sont pas du côté de la route et les hôtes parlent plutôt de son calme habituellement. Pour les lits c’est un 140 classique indiqués sur l’annonce mais c’est vrai que vous êtes grand (je comprends qu’il soit juste). Bon retour. Charlotte Sejouraniort.

Charme

La villa Donna est très agréable, bien située, moderne, pratique et bien équipée. La partie "vie" qui se trouve en rez de jardin est super, avec le billard, le grand salon, la grande cuisine. Accepte les animaux!! Les points plus négatifs : - il fait très chaud dans les chambres - les lumières qui se déclenchent automatiquement sont un peu gênantes - lieu peu propice au jeunes enfants (mais c'était indiqué par le propriétaire)

Bonjour Quentin et merci pour votre commentaire. Effectivement il a fait très chaud sur Niort comme sur toute la France en ce début Août, la bâtisse a des murs très épais et c’est le premier commentaire en ce sens nous y sommes pour rien. Nous avons bien noté l’incident sur la veilleuse qui s’allume automatiquement et nous allons la supprimer. Pour les jeunes enfants, nous n’avons aucun équipement comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Séjour très agréable

Le logement est très vaste, le jardin aussi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi. Les gérants Charlotte et Michaël ont été très gentils et ont même eu la générosité de nous faire parvenir un barbecue au début de notre séjour. Nous avons tous passé un très bon moment.
