Boat slip included (Maximum 25' LOA, no pontoons), heated swimming pool, plus a pier for swimming or fishing. Walking distance to town and only minutes to Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs or Boyne USA. Over 15 championship golf courses within 25 miles of our condo.

Some of the finest golf in Michigan. Only 7 miles to Boyne Mountain/Avalanche Water Park USA. Lake Charlevoix is a warm large, inland lake. From our dock, you can navigate through Lake Charlevoix to Round Lake and directly out onto Lake Michigan.

This is unit is perfect for a great vacation for summer sports on Lake Charlevoix. And for winter sports at the many nearby ski areas and snowmobiling trails. Enjoy the warm water of Lake Charlevoix in the summer, or our beautiful heated swimming pool overlooking the lake.

The fall colors are the best with the rolling hills of Northern Michigan. Small town charm, and an abundance of great restaurants. Boyne City is a hidden gem ready to be discovered. The Landings condominium community is Family Friendly.

We had an excellent stay at this location. The location is perfect: right on beautiful Lake Charlevoix with great sunset views, and a pool that is also right on the water. The owner helped us with how to use the TV and making the switch from heat to air conditioning in a friendly and timely manner. Very very good.

Everything we needed!

We spent Christmas here with our eyes on spending most of our time skiing. This condo had everything we needed, including easy access to Boyne Mountain.

Location was great. Store across the street. Close to town, lake out the front door. Pool was especially handy.

Its a nice two bedroom condo on the lake, ground level makes it ideal. The down side there was you have to literally hold the micro wave door open to put anything in or out or the door will slam shut on you because they installed the microwave to close to the refrigerator panel. here's the best part of staying at the condo. I have to call the cleaning company to let them know were leaving. Really

Two weeks in Boyne City

Loved the condo at the Landings! Was able to use their marina to keep 25ft boat rental which made it especially nice. Also liked the pool and how beautifully maintenance kept all the flowers and shrubs. The condo was perfect for my wife and i and 2 adult children.

Nice stay at Boyne city

Our family stayed at the condo for a ski trip back in January. The location is good - close to restaurants and the grocery store just cross the street. The drive to Boyne mountain is about 10 minutes. The condo is in the good shape. Pretty much all you need for a short stay. It's probably much nicer in the summer

I would give the place a 4 star because of the view of the lake. I would give the interior of the condo a 3 star as it could use some updating--carpet, bathroom.
