Located on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. What a view! 2nd floor, newly remodeled condo with all new furniture and beds. Everything you need to enjoy your lake vacation including: gas grill, balcony high top furniture, and beach chairs. In a great central location, within 30 minutes of all must-see Northern Michigan towns and attractions. Many great restaurants and shops close by. Less than 10 minutes from many wedding venues. Wonderful all season destination with summer boating on Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan, fall color tours and wine tasting, winter skiing at Boyne Mountain and spring fishing on the lake or river. Great location for mountain biking with six challenging trails within 30 minutes of the condo. Great location for tubing, canoeing or kayaking with the challenging Jordan River only one mile away. Beautiful night sky from the balcony for stargazing or viewing the Northern Lights.

My wife and I live in Southwest Michigan. We took summer vacations, when our kids were growing up, for 15 years on Lake Charlevoix and absolutely loved it. It was the first lake we looked at to buy a place when the time was right. We love everything about the area; especially boating on both Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan, kayaking on the river, and biking the great bike trails in the area.

Meticulously clean, absolutely beautiful views of the lake, cozy, clean with a fun nautical theme, and great location close to everything Northern Michigan has to offer.
