Welcome to 32 Maryland Ave, #4—Beach Pebbles! If you're looking for a conveniently located, spacious getaway just steps from downtown Rehoboth Beach, this is it. This lovely, recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to eight and features fresh, beachy décor throughout. Start your day with coffee on the private balcony, or wind down later with cocktails after a day in the sun. Inside, you'll find a roomy dining table that seats six for meals or board games, plus a utility closet stocked with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. When it's time to relax, the primary suite on the third floor offers a king bed and an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Televisions with expanded cable and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy for everyone to stream and stay connected on multiple devices. The condo is only one block from the beach and right in the heart of it all—walk to Rehoboth's acclaimed restaurants, charming downtown shops, and the “Nation's Summer Capital” vibe, or head about two miles to the three Tanger Outlet centers for tax-free shopping. Off-street parking is provided for two cars, and amenities include ceiling fans, an outdoor shower, a stocked kitchen, balcony seating, expanded cable, and Wi-Fi. Please note: the condo is on the second floor and spans three levels, with the main living area on the first level, two bedrooms on the second, and the primary suite on the third. Linens are not supplied, but a rental package is available. During prime summer months, rentals run Saturday to Saturday. No pets and no smoking.

Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

We loved the location, the unit had a ton of space for 6 adults. It was clean and comfortable. Our recommendations though: the twin mattresses should be updated, wash the comforters, the downstairs bathroom needs a stopper, the linen package should include bath mats, and the sheets for the queen and king beds weren’t deep enough to stay on.

Great condo short walk to the beach

This condo has 3 roomy bedrooms and easily accomodated our group of 5 women on a girls weekend. The kitchen is well outfitted and there are nice areas for both indoor and outdoor dining. Comfy couches to lounge on. Thus is a great location - easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Be aware the outdoor space is not covered so if its rainy, you're indoors only.

This property is perfect for our family and is as described on the listing, it was our second time staying here. Only 2 blocks walk to the beach, and very close to all downtown shops and restaurants. It’s also on a nice, quiet street. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great with the beach 1 block away and plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The upstairs deck was a perfect place to read or hang out with the family. This place is the perfect location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk. My girls loved playing with that games and toys. We would absolutely stay again!

We had an amazing time at Beach Pebbles! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. There were two reserved parking spaces for this unit behind the building which was not made clear when I spoke to the property manager, but it worked out great! The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to one of many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! We hope to stay again!

Rehoboth

First time staying in Rehoboth. Luckily the property was within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The off-street parking at the unit was a little tight, but that was certainly better than the Pay/Permit parking everywhere in downtown Rehoboth. Even went to Dewey for dinner one night and that was Pay/Permit parking, too.
