Inside, experience elegance and comfort. This lavish getaway accommodates 10 guests, with mountain and volcano views, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private ohana suite. Outside, enjoy the lanai, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, cabana, dining, lounging areas, grill, and in-garage mini-gym.

An open floorplan with cathedral ceilings reveals Mauna Kea's beauty. The gourmet kitchen and furnished living room are central. Modern appliances, stone countertops, wood cabinets, and a spacious island make gatherings a delight.

Three bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and lanai access. The Ali'i room boasts a king bed, oversized shower, and double vanity sinks. The Mauna Kea room features a king bed and lanai access. The Mauna Loa room has a queen bed with stunning views. The Ohana bedroom offers flexible twin beds and a private courtyard. The Hale Kapu suite in a separate ohana provides privacy and scenic views. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.

The lanai is perfect for relaxation. Enjoy sunrise views, swim, lounge, dine, or stargaze in the spa.
Stay active in the in-garage mini-gym with top-notch equipment and Peloton app access.

• Master bedroom has a king size bed, large en-suite bathroom and direct lanai access to backyard.

• Third bedroom at front of house has a queen size bed and is next to hallway bathroom.
• Fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and a separate entrance with frosted glass French doors.
• Fifth bedroom, situated in an attached Ohana, boasts an en-suite bathroom, a queen-sized bed, an outdoor bench with sunset and ocean views

Over 3561 Sq Ft. The Ohana house (5th Bedroom with Bathroom) was a custom add-on and is an additional; 100+ sq feet.

Spa Heating (Included) There is no extra charge to heat the Spa. It is on an “egg timer” and runs for a predetermined amount of time. If it shuts off, you need to turn it on again. Our heaters are heat pumps, and they take longer to heat than a gas heater. It will start to get warm about 30-45 minutes after it is initially turned on.

Pool Heating (Extra Charge) If you would like the pool heater to be set it will incur an extra daily charge. Please contact the property manager for rates. You will need to arrange pool heating with us before your stay. The pool only heats when the pool filters are running 9am - 5pm. Please note, on cloudier and windier days, it can take the pool a long time to heat up. This means, the pool heat will cool overnight and start heating again in the morning.

This home has both Keurig and Drip coffee makers, Pack-n-Play and Booster Seat.

Awesome vacation with family

This home is beautiful and had all the supplies we needed and more. The pool was great for everyone. It was nice to have sand toys and snorkeling equipment available so we could head to the beach upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, coffee cups, etc. The location was close to the village with shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would definately recommend this home to other families coming to this island.

Amazing Property

The house had everything we needed for a family of five and could easily have fit two more. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedrooms were amazing, home was clean, all the outdoor gear provided was fantastic, pool was a must - we used it every day, neighborhood was very quiet. Mike the property manager was extremely attentive to our needs and responded quickly. Five stars all around for this property.

We were here for a bit over a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The place is large, clean, well-maintained, and efficient. The managers have stocked the home with more kitchen-ware than one usually finds (all stored in cabinets with handy labels!) plus lots of useful beach stuff. The managers were quick to reply to minor issues (for example, a leaky irrigation tube) and get them fixed quickly and efficiently. To sum it up, this is a lovely home and it made our Hawaii vacation easy, fun, and safe.

There was plenty of room in the house for sleeping, and the backyard was very spacious. The pool was a big plus for the kids to swim while the adults rested in the afternoons. We even got some good rounds of putting in! The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen items, to include spices and oils. We made good use of the workout equipment in the garage, along with the snorkel equipment and boogie boards. We were able to find all the necessary groceries and sundry items at the multiple local grocery stores. We would recommend this rental to friends and relatives. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!

We Loved This Place!

This was the perfect spot for our vacation. The house was incredible. It had everything we needed and it's in a perfect location, near Waikoloa. Close to the beach, shopping and grocery stores. Waimea and Kona (airport) are also reasonable, within a 35 minute drive. We loved watching the sunrise over Kohala, Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai nearly every morning. And who could beat the star gazing from the spa (or anywhere) at night?!?! It was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back. Honestly, we rarely left the house, it had everything we wanted - it even had things we never have thought we needed. The pool, spa and patio were a favorite, for sure. It was windy at times, but we were lucky to have beautifully, clear weather nearly the entire trip. Plus a random bonus, we got to watch the Superbowl from the pool/spa on the awesome patio TV. We Loved This Place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfectly equipped home. everything you ever needed and more. Perfect gym that we utilized every morning, great kitchen cookware including Green Pans, and Wusthof cutlery, everything is labeled, tons of beach toys/gear. I would almost guess that a professional organizer was involved. And the pool is SALT WATER. cant ask for anything cleaner and health conscious. Mike was instantaneous to respond to all of our needs. Very quiet neighborhood. We did some excursions in Hilo and we knew we were on the right side of the island to get privacy. tons of restaurants and grocery places nearby and airport is close but not disruptive with planes going overhead. temp control was great in the house, and the appliances were also top notch. Leaving was super easy, we kept the place clean but I had questions on food we did not eat and Mike told us not to worry, which helped a lot as we had to leave with small children at 430am. This is why I stay at places like this over hotels. Thanks Mike, couldn't as for anything more.

We loved the location as it was only minutes from our favorite beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna and Beach 69). The pool was amazing for swimming all day and the hot tub was perfect for the evenings. Mike, the property manager was super quick and responsive to our needs. We had a total of 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) and the house was plenty big for all of us. The community where the house is located is pretty private and we saw wild goats roaming behind the backyard fence frequently. We would definitely stay here again and are very thankful that we had the opportunity to stay at this property.

And the kids enjoyed the pool. We wouldn't hesitate to come back and enjoy this beautiful home. Oh, and the app and communication with the host/rental company was seamless. Family Summer Getaway

It had been three years since we had gone on a family vacation, and we couldn’t have been more excited and pleased to stay at this property. It was exactly like the pictures, and we made it our home away from home for the week we visited. Mike was very helpful and responded promptly. The location was in a perfect central area on the coastline for beaches, dining, excursions, etc. We’d love to stay here again one day - hopefully sooner than another three years!

Beautiful Hawaii home

Beautiful property, had everything you could think of or need at the home and everythingfor the beach. Even had some supplies for babies like a pack n play, high chair and baby monitor. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I would definitely stay here again!
