House was very well equipped (kitchen and linens especially good) and host communication was excellent. Location was outstanding. Beautiful home. There were however a few issues with bugs and the roof leaked inside a little bit when it rained. There also weren't good instructions for the tvs, keys, key fobs for the house/neighborhood/beach club.

Thank you for your review, I am glad the property, communication, and location were all excellent. As I informed you, the directions for all the items you listed above are contained within the Welcome Guide and amenity instructions sent to your email and available in the app. While the HOA does much to combat pests, Hawaii being a tropical island means there is only so much that can be done. That is why we also have our own pest control service on top of the neighborhoods'. The roof did experience a small drip leak when the Big Island was hit with an unprecedented weather event that damaged buildings, pools, and roofs all over the Waikoloa region. It was promptly fixed. It is very disappointing to excel in all of the aforementioned areas, and yet still receive a poor grade due to inexorable occurrences. Thank you for your stay, and please consider the importance of reviews in the hospitality industry before grading so harshly.

The five star rating was location and wheelchair accessibility. Location was perfect for us--- Hole 4 of Mauna Lani North golf course. There isn't any ocean in site but with a private pool and hot tub it didn't seem necessary. Very little communication with hosts so we didn't know how to heat the pool. The accessibility was really good considering it isn't listed on their post. Since we have a wheelchair bound person we gind we usually just have to look through the pictures. No steps to entrance to front or back of house. Large walk in wheelchair accesible shower. There was a shower chair available but it was too low. We found other options. The place worked out great for us.

Great location, great house. Access to Beach Club with a ton of equipment, quality bikes, etc., to make it effortless - we didn't have to rent or buy anything. One of best vacations our now-adult family has had. Owner responds quickly to all questions.

Fantastic week in paradise

8 of us enjoyed a great week on the Big Island. Barry was responsive and really great about everything. Location is top notch, close to the shops, hotels, black sand beach and beach club. Parking/ access to the beach club was great. House has good space for groups, a pretty view of the course and a nice pool and hot tub. We hope to come back sometime!

We had a very good time at this gorgeous and beautiful property. Barry was a very responsive and nice. Check in/out process was easy and smooth. Some aunts and small bags but we were in Hawaii, it didn’t bother me so much. Just don’t leave any food on the kitchen counter. I would highly recommend this property!!

A New Favorite

Terrific vacation house for extended family. Very well appointed. Great to have two en suite king rooms. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Beautiful view and lovely chaises by the pool. Amazing amount of beach and sports equipment in the garage. Kitchen was well equipped and nice having an outside kitchen as well. Zero complaints. We’d happily come back!
