*THIS CONDO IS CURRENTLY LICENCED BY THE CITY OF KELOWNA* Business License #4090468 Lakeview condo walking distance to Mckinley beach, close to over 200 wineries, golf courses and all Okanagan activities. The highlight of this condo includes two fabulous covered lakeview decks with natural gas bbq, firetable, dining table, lounge chairs and comfortable seating area, walking distance to beach. The building features a roof-top hot tub/bbq area, and an outdoor pool on side of the building which is open May - Sept.

In this condo you will find everything an active family needs: room to put bikes; beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart supplied; a well stocked kitchen with gas range; in-suite washer/dryer; and TVs in each room with cable and Netflix.. You will also find all the small appliances you may need including coffee maker, toaster and blender. I even provide you with coffee (in the freezer to keep fresh), spices and condiments.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with 400 thread count sheets, large ensuite with double sinks and large shower as well as it's own deck with lounge chairs. The second bedroom features double/double bunk beds and pocket door entry to bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

There is secured underground parking for 1 car to keep out of the summer sun, and street parking on McKinley Beach drive if you have more than 1 vehicle.

I have tried to provide everything you may require for a perfect summer vacation, short of a private chef or chauffeur ;).

Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Our family of four enjoyed everything this property has to offer! The owner made some great recommendations for wine tastings! Lovely Get Away

Had an incredible get away to Lake Country with my Husband and our Dog. Wonderful community, walked down to the beach everyday and let our dog swim. Quiet and peaceful. Pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible. House was spotless and Sage was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely will be back!!

Communication with Sage was easy as she was always very quick to respond and full of information. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for our family of four, well actually our furry family of five! Beach is rocky, but close and the underground parking is definitely a bonus with the heat of the summer! The onsite pool is a refreshing, cool end to a hot day! This place is a for sure recommendation!!

Fabulous property. It was ideal for us in many ways. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Sage, the host, was a fantastic communicator. Everything was as advertised and expected. We parked outside because we had a box on top of our vehicle, but there is lots of street parking. We took the short drive into Kelowna for all of our meals, but this condo is fully equipped to do all of your own cooking. Close to UBCO, Lakeside and Kelowna. Outstanding!

Outstanding property

This VRBO property exceeded our expectations. We have booked VRBOs in various locations in the USA and Canada over the past few years and this one ranks at the top. The pictures do not do it justice. Very high end development and superbly maintained unit. We could have stayed here longer and it would have felt like our home away from home. All details are thought through in this unit - so much was provided that isn't normally in other rentals. We are already talking about going back! You will not be disappointed.

I grew up in Kelowna on an orchard in Rutland. After years in the big city (Vancouver), I have finally realized my first step in getting back to my hometown by purchasing this condo for family vacations and to share with others wanting to experience the Okanagan delights.

Why they chose this property

I like an active vacation with my family and this condo suits me and the family perfectly. After a day of hiking or biking in the nearby hills, I can park the bikes in the laundry room, throw the dirty clothes in the washer, wander down to the beach for a dip or a paddle board, then come home to sit on the deck with a glass of wine and marvel at the view. The kids can hang out after an active day watching Netflix on the TV. On lazier days, I'll lay by the pool while the kids splash, and then we'll all go up to the hot tub to watch the sun set, or spend the day down at the lake, followed by dinner at a winery. I can also send my husband and kids out to the golf course to get a few hours peace and quiet to relax in this spectacular space.

What makes this property unique

This condo has it all: pool, hot tub, room for bike storage, hiking trails, walk to the beach and an absolutely INCREDIBLE view from either of the two decks. Not to mention tons of space and high end finishes in the condo, with everything you (or I!) may need for a vacation.
