The condo, view, comfort, and resort amenities were beyond expectation and we had an amazingly fun and comfortable family vacation. The pool, pickle ball courts, basketball court, tennis courts, and indoor billiards, fuseball, and puzzles always meant there was something to keep us entertained. Olesya was also a fantastic host - she was extremely kind, accomodating, and responsive. We highly recommend booking with them!

A great place to stay. Condo had a very well stocked kitchen and nice cosy beds. Loved coffee in the morning sun on the balcony and refreshing breeze for evening sitting. Olesya was always very prompt to answer inquiries. Would highly recommend booking with Olesya.

The condo was exactly as advertised and in a nice quiet residential area in West Kelowna conveniently located near highway but removed enough not to hear noise. Nice view towards lake and condo building was exceptionally quiet. Olesya was extremely communicative and responded quickly and fully to all questions. So reassuring to know she was always “right there”. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again. Excellent value.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found our property pleasant overall. We do our best to ensure guests have a smooth stay, which is why all check-in details are provided well in advance. Most of our guests find the process straightforward as long as the instructions are followed however we’re always happy to assist in real time if anything is unclear. Regarding comfort, kitchen equipment, and finishing touches — these have been carefully chosen based on our personal experience and guest feedback and happy to hear or support in the moment if there is something extra that you may need during your stay. It's also what allowed us to consistently receive high ratings. We appreciate the opportunity to further enhance our property. With that said, we truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to see you in the future.

Our Second Time Here

This was our second time staying at this at this property/unit. After our amazing visit last year we made sure to schedule our holiday when this unit was available. We had another great time, the accommodations, location and amenities made for a super time. The pool area was exactly what we needed to beat the heat. We will definitely plan to come back again.

Amazing Stay!

My wife and I just returned from our stay at the Copper Oasis and we’re already missing it. It was such a great surprise to be welcomed to such a beautiful unit that was fully stocked with everything you could need. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and have never found one that had been set up so well. From the cold water and beverages in the fridge, higher end shampoo/body wash to coffee, condiments and spices. Even a drawer full of aluminum foil and other supplies you usually wouldn’t find. The pool and recreational facilities were great as well. We were well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Nice Getaway

The property was a little tricky to find even with the directions. The check in was easy. Everything was great and was exactly like the pictures. The view was great too.. As a first time Vrbo user, we would have liked a binder or laminated page with instructions on how to use the air conditioner. We have not seen the setup before. We would have liked the checkout instructions the night before. We did not realize we were expected to take out our garbage and dstart laundry. This is maybe common but we were not expecting it and we only got instructions at 6 in the morning. We enjoyed our stay . Thank you.
