Home away from home

We loved the location - quiet, set back but quick to get into town - really less then 15 min. to everything we wanted to do. Wintery walk down the Valley Trail was an added bonus to our weekend. The house was welcoming, clean and perfect for our family. Amanda responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely recommend when friends are looking for a place to stay in Fredericton.

Business Retreat

Location was great. Winter weather caused an icy driveway. Summer would be fantastic based on being across from Hart's Island. Internet problems but property manager was quick to come and help solve the problem.

Home away from home!

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay. It was a very welcoming and lovely home and was well stocked. We loved the location – quiet and peaceful set back but quick to get into town - really less than 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do. We loved the waterpark across the street. The house was welcoming, clean and perfect for our family. Amanda responded quickly to any questions we had. We were VERY disappointed that the home did not have a hot tub. The listing was incorrect. However we will definitely recommend when friends are looking for a place to stay in Fredericton Thank you Amanda.

We really enjoyed our stay. Amandas home was clean and had every thing we needed. Amanda was very helpful. The barbecue did not work, so Amanda went out that day and bought and delivered one to us and also came right out and hooked up the air conditioner for us. I would definitely recommend to anyone. My husband and I are a family of 4 children and a german shephered. A very lovely home!

Fredericton visit

The house had plenty of room, for up to 8 people but only one bathroom. Only one hook in the bathroom. Whoever cleans the place could do a better job with furniture and floors, under the sofa and such. Dining room chairs were awkward and inappropriate for any large person. Some beds were way too soft we had to keep changing rooms and fitted sheets kept slipping off, disrupting our sleep. Darkening shades would be nice. Nice location, close to UNB. glad we had 4 wheel drive since it snowed and the plow person didn’t come.

Lovely house, but….

Sorry to say, but when you’re spending good money on a rental, I have expectations. Coffee machine had old slimy water in it and filter is green, dishwasher door did not want to stay closed, kitchen taps are calcified, tub drains very very slow and no anti slip mat. Chairs are sad and no rules for garbage…recycling…where to put it. Again, lovely house, good location, but needs abit more attention.
