You will enjoy easy access to everything Fredericton has to offer from this lovely home. Bright clean open concept kitchen and living area. Two bedrooms upstairs with 1.5 bath. Private full bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Quiet neighbourhood 15 minute walk to downtown and 2 beautiful parks short walks away.

Large back deck surrounded by gardens and trees. Very private. BBQ and plenty of chairs to relax. Small fire pit in backyard with wood available. Out front there is a small deck. Driveway with plenty of parking.
