The Sailing Gypsy is a four season home with a mix of old & new with an easy breazy beach twist in the mix Welcome!
This is a charming home on a great lot with a huge backyard with mature trees & plants, great deck that seats 8, BBQ.,clothesline. firepit, Lounge chairs, hammock & Lawn Chairs around the firepit. Fully furnished Gazebo & twinkle lights everywhere!
ALL kinds of Beach toys & Yard toys. 4 Season Rental, near McGreggor Provincial Park(10 min drive). Perfect for Every Season, close to The Rail Trial & Many hiking trails inland or by the beach. Great fishing or take a trip down the Saugeen River!

About this space :
- 2 bedroom bungalow
- 5 mins to beach, 3 min to town. Nicely decorated. Cottage sleeps up to 6 with the following features:
Master Bdrm:King Bed, 32"TV, WIFI, Cable, Netflix
2nd Bdrm: 2x twin beds OR King
LR: full size pullout couch(sleeps 2), 55" flat screened TV, WIFI, Cable, Netflix
Full kitchen and fully equiped for the chef
Dining room, seats 8 around harvest table, a desk shares this common area.
Patio seats 8, BBQ,Gazebo, lounge group seating, Fire pit/Muskoka chairs.
Blackout curtains in sleeping areas. Close to beach & main Strip yet super quiet for sleeping. Host is an experienced superhost on other rental platforms.
Non-smoking/pet friendly. Please discuss animals with host before booking. All linens/bedding provided for 4ppl, after that it's $25.00 pp. Weekly rentals prioritized, Saturday Check-In & Out in Summer.
Guest access: All except basement , Bunkie additional pricing of $75 in early June & after Sept 14th. Bunkie Not available October-May
