Wonderful Folly

The condo has a great location. You can walk to most places. Great view of ocean from porch. Easy access to beach.

Needs some love

We love this location for its convenience but this condo is worn and tired. Cabinets are in horrible shape throughout, furniture is sagging, old and not comfortable. Blinds are broken so it’s difficult to even open and enjoy a view. Condo has a LOT of potential but needs some serious refurbishment.
