Amazing stay!

Stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The place was great and Giovanni was amazing to deal with. Short little walk up the hill for coffee everyday with fresh pastries. Very close to Revelo and the scenery was stunning! Thanks again Giovanni!!!

Wonderful setting for a great holiday

The entire family enjoyed our time in Scala staying at Villa Mirea. The views across the valley to Ravello are wonderful. We were disappointed that the pizza oven was only ornamental, but we cooked wonderful meals with local ingredients.

Lovely getaway close to Ravello

The property was just as described, cute and unique. The primary bedroom had a large comfortable bed. There was a lot of outdoor space. It was also a short walk to Ravello and the town in Scala.

Lovely stay in an adorable house

Very cute house with an excellent yard! Walkable (with stairs) to a little convenience store and restaurants. Francesca was very welcoming and helpful during check-in and check-out. Just make sure you get the exact address of the house before arriving!

Paradise!

Beautiful home that pefectly suited 3 couples. The location was excellent as we were able to bus down to Amalfi and then visit the coast by ferry. Ravello a short walk away, was beautiful just as Scala! Once back to the villa, a nice cool dip in the pool while sipping on some local Limocello!! Paradise!!

No childrens chair, no childrens bed. The beds where generally in bad shape. The garbage handling was poorly manager. Good intetions and good service from our personal contact.

Beautiful house and nice location

We loved the house. There was a lovely garden, inside there was stained glass, beautiful tiles and other artistic touches. Scala was peaceful and close to Ravello. The only thing to note is you must have 300 euros in cash for the deposit, and 150 cleaning fee in cash. I missed those details online and thought it would be simply charged to my credit card. The ATM in Scala charged me almost 40 euros extra to withdrawal money. So, come prepared and enjoy this lovely house. We didn’t want to leave.

Superior Villa Meria

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Villa Mirea, franscesca went above and beyond with her help and support throughout our stay. Well wishes to Giovanni for his safe recovery. Villa was excellent, location was quiet and secluded, although you need to be well up on bus times etc for transport around the coast. Taxis are very expensive compared to Uk. Make sure you get stocked up on groceries/provisions, we found it not difficult to locate a supermarket, they only open at certain times. We found a lovely restaurant in Scala Piertro”s excellent food and service. Overall it was a very memorable holiday and views breathtaking. We took a couple of boat trips from Amalfi to Positano and Capris which was excellent and enjoyed the walk to Ravello, beautiful square and shops.

Bien placé mais cher pour niveau prestation globale

Maison bien placée mais vieillissante il n y a que deux chambres climatisées dont une avec une literie dure à se fracasser le dos. Piscine juste pour se tremper les jambes. Lave vaisselle hs salle bain moyenne avec mauvais écoulement au global prix élevé pour le niveau de prestation

Site absolument magnifique! La villa est très confortable et conviviale. Par contre, nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l'endroit. Il aurait été apprécié d'avoir des indications plus claires sur l'itinéraire à suivre une fois sortis de l'autoroute. Merci!

Villa well situated for access to Amalfi coast

We rented the villa with another family, the villa was large enough for 4 adults and 4 children, with two children sharing the sofa bed downstairs. The villa is well situated for visiting the Amalfi coast (Amalfi, Positano..) and beautiful Ravello a 2 minute drive away or a walk . Large, well maintained garden with lovely views and parking for 2 cars. There is one large bathroom with a bath and shower and one smaller one upstairs (toilet and sink) plus an outside shower. The town of Minori has a beach : just a word of warning, you have to pay to use most of the beaches, with free areas generally very crowded (this was in August). Parking in the local towns is difficult and expensive (3 euros for 1 hour). We didn't find a swimming pool in the area (average temperature during our stay 34 dégrees). Scala is very tourist free compared to the other local towns, with small shops selling fruit, veg and essentiels. There is a Spar supermarket which is a 5 minute drive away. The villa was clean , although in my opinion there are a few improvements that could be made : bathroom joints rather grotty, sofa bed downstairs not comfortable (ok for 2 eight year olds but not adults !) , lacking in crockery for a group of eight, very complicated rubbish collection system with a 100 euro fine if you get it wrong or end up with rubbish at the end of your stay (we nearly had to take it with us !) Otherwise we were very well looked after, the team was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable in the villa, thank you.

Villa In Ravello

Great location with easy accessibility to beautiful Ravello, authentical Scala and amalfi. Clean house and Francesca (from the agency) and owner went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thanks for your hospitality.
