ULTRA URBAN BELFAST APARTMENTS
6 adults, ranging 27-73, had a great stay here! Communication was efficient, the apartment was even more spacious than the photos looked, and the area is close enough to restaurants/stores it can be walked, but far enough it's cozy and quiet. beds were comfy, the place was clean. it really made our stay in belfast relaxing.

Ladies Trip to Ireland
The apartment was very conveniently located to the Queens Quarter and a manageable walk to the city center. Very clean and comfortable accommodations for 5 women, however, we could’ve used more towels. Darin and Raybwere great and responded quickly to questions.

When an issue with this apartment cropped up prior to our arrival, Darin arranged an alternative and comparable property for us to stay at and was in communication with us about the change ahead of time. We felt very fortunate to have booked with someone like Darin who really took the time and care to make sure we were settled, comfortable and our vacation uninterrupted. Thank you Darin! We completely enjoyed our time in Belfast and you made it hassle and stress free for us.
We were a family of 5 adults plus one baby under 1. The three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. Loved having a full kitchen, living room, dining room and definitely used the washer and dryer since we all packed light and didn't check bags. Everything was neat, clean, and roomy for all of us. We loved being in an actual neighborhood rather than in a hotel downtown and it was easy to walk pretty much everywhere. (We did opt to Uber a few places when we were exhausted and also to the Titanic Museum). Loved being so close to Botanic Avenue where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Walked to Queens University and the Ulster Museum - another area with good options for food and drink. Walked to City Centre several times and loved seeing the exhibit in City Hall. Darin was helpful throughout, giving us tips on the best way to get from Dublin to Belfast, whether to bring an umbrella (we lucked out - no rain!). Highly recommend!!
Right from the beginning Darin, the owners communication was good and responsive.
The apartment was pristine clean and totally as discribed.
In the fridge Darin had left us a bottle of wine, tea, coffee and a selection of snacks.
The arrangements for our arrival and departure were well organised and reduced our stress after a long day of travelling.
I would recommend Darin and his apartment to anyone thinking of travelling or holidaying in Belfast
Great location. Easy walking to some good restaurants and grocery market. Felt safe the whole time. Didn’t spend much time in the apartment. But it was clean and on-site manager was great. Didn’t have any problems and would stay there again.
Darin and Ray went out of their way to see that every accommodation we needed was met! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and centrally located. They were able to accommodate us an earlier check-in for our toddler and were able to bring by extra kitchen supplied as we needed them. The location is perfect for travel up and around Belfast. It is in a rustic part of the city, but this was fine by us. And our toddler couldn't be more delighted by the view of the train regularly passing by!
This was a great place to stay - it was a very central location for our stay as easy to walk to most areas and very close to Botanic Train Station if you didn't want to walk. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in. The flat is clean and well supplied and we were happy to be able to use the washer and dryer after 8 days on the road. I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our three night stay at this property. We found it clean and stocked with everything we needed for our breakfast the next morning and with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Location is great. We walked everywhere around Belfast from the apartment although admittedly we enjoy walking. Cabs are easy to access if required. Darin was responsive to any inquiries and Ray was very helpful during the check in process. Would stay again.

Greatly location- very spacious and clean!
Great communication, fast deposit refund. A perfect rental, all necessary items in apartment, quiet, safe. Also, a bottle of Prosecco on arrival for us. Very kind. Fantastic apartment, perfect for our weekend visit!
Modern, spotless clean apartment with everything we could possibly need. Even had tea, coffee, milk, snacks, water and prosecco to welcome us! Beautiful touch and much appreciated.
Brilliantly situated 10 minutes walk into the city, although there’s pubs, restaurants and cafes at the end of the street which broke up the journey into an even shorter one.
Darin has been a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating, many thanks! And Ray met us exactly when promised and checked us in with lots of information and a friendly face.
Can recommend Harlem for food, particularly breakfast.
A group of 6 ladies, here for a birthday, would definitely recommend Belfast and particularly this apartment. 5/5 thank you

a wonderful place to be and visit
We really enjoyed being in this apartment . The owners were very friendly and the apartment was very clean with many appreciated amenities. It was also very centrally situated. We were able to walk to many attractions and also close to the bus and train system.

Clean Apartment in a Nice Location
The apartment served as a nice base for our trip in and around Belfast. Central Belfast is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and there are many stores and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. There were 5 adults in our party, and we slept comfortably on the 5 beds that were provided. The treats and wine that were provided were appreciated.
Darin and Ray were very helpful during the entire process.

Great location and apartment!
Darrin was a great host and really took care of everything. We are a family of five and the place was perfect for us. We walked to downtown in about ten minutes and there was a Starbucks down the street and around the corner (can't go without mentioning that!). The water pressure was great for the U.K. and both showers worked at the same time (not always the case so I've learned).
The property manager lives in the building so he was there immediately for any questions.
Highly recommend!!!

Four of us shared a marvelous 4 days in Belfast. The property was great and had all the conveniences of home. It was very centrally located and easy to get around. Lots of restaurants, markets, etc within easy walking. Easy walking access to trains, buses and taxi service was fantastic. Looking forward to returning some day.
