Welcome to our recently renovated 3-bedroom house in Belfast, a comfortable and welcoming home for families and friends. Sleeping up to 6 guests, it's a lovely base for exploring the city while having somewhere cosy to relax after a busy day.

🛋️ A Comfortable Home Away from Home

Enjoy a cosy living and dining area with a sofa, cuddle chair, TV and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, along with a breakfast bar and coffee machine. There's fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, a washing machine and comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses, storage and hanging space.

🌿 Enjoy the Outdoors

The rear garden has a decked patio area that catches the morning sunshine — a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy a little fresh air.

🚗 Convenient and Easy

Free off-street parking is available at the front of the house, and self-check-in makes arriving simple. The bathroom has an electric shower, vanity unit and toilet.

The house is approximately 3 miles from Belfast city centre and within reach of many of the city's attractions. Visit St George's Market, explore the history of Crumlin Road Gaol, discover the famous Peace Wall or head to Cave Hill for wonderful views across Belfast.

Food - Please dispose of any left over food items in the fridge and cupboards. If you could place trash in black bags located in draw beside cooker and place inside of the kitchen door. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Noise levels should be kept at a minimum. Only the specific number of guests registered on the booking are permitted on the property.

Cute house in Belfast with parking place in front and garden, very well located : next to the Crumlin Road Gaol, 25min walk from Cathedral Centre, 10min by car to Titanic Belfast, busses & shops around. The house gets all you need and the owner really worries about all you could need to spend a perfect holiday in his place. To recommend !

🌳 From the time I was a young boy, I travelled through the streets of Belfast on my way to school. I always dreamed of living on a street lined with trees, so when I found this house, it felt extra special. The fact that it's a lovely, spacious home and so close to the beautiful Woodvale Park was an added bonus!

I love that the area offers a little green space and somewhere to relax, while still being conveniently located for exploring Belfast. I hope guests will enjoy the neighbourhood as much as I do and feel right at home during their stay. 🏡❤️
