The condo appeared clean, but during the night small insects (roaches) entered the kitchen. We sprayed,but the insects did not disappear! However, erverything was present in the kitchen.The lighting and TV also did not work in some areas. The bathtub leaked and some tiles were broken. In short, this condo needs an update!The price-quality ratio for the condo was not right. The host,was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect,for young and old.

Not very nice comment and above all wrong and at odds with all the excellent comments we received. We sent the maintenance service to check and possibly resolve the problems: all 4 TVs were working in all rooms. I imagine that the guest didn’t know how to use one of the remote controls. There were no lighting problems to report either. It’s really not nice to give such bad opinions when we are listening to the guests. As for the insects, the apartment is fumigated every month. I can’t guarantee that there will be no insects in a tropical area, but the necessary steps have been taken. It’s clear that it’s better not to leave food outside so as not to attract insects that can enter through the ventilation ducts or those of the A/C.

Unit location

This unit was on the 2nd floor so expect a little workout. One of the main pools and restaurant were only minutes away. Pool had a lot of chairs and everyone was very friendly. If you had any questions the host would reply timely. The unit had a few issues but nothing major. We spent a week in the unit and was near many of the major attractions. So enjoy Bahama Resort.

Relaxing, Comfortable, and Great Amenities

We enjoyed our stay at Bahama Bay. The nearby pool was wonderful and we strolled the grounds daily. The pickle ball court got a lot of use. Nearby bike trails were wonderful. There's plenty of retail shopping nearby if you need anything. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
