There are restaurants and bars, swimming pools and whirlpools, fitness center and a relaxing spa and plenty of entertainment for younger guests. There's even a White Sandy beach on the edge of pristine Lake Davenport.
Our two bedroom, two bath luxury condo features spacious living and
dining areas, fully equipped kitchen. Private screened balconies with nice views of the resort.
Standard amenities include
individually controlled air-conditioning, cable , 50" 4k smart TV in the living room and TV's in both bedrooms.,washer/dryer, DVD and CD players as well as everything you need to cater for yourselves. Grocery shopping is only a few minutes away , there is also the Bahama Bay store in the clubhouse .

Unit 107

The bed in the master suite is a full size bed. The unit is located on the second floor and here are no elevators. The property manager was great to work with and the resort was clean and everyone was friendly.

Property was nice, but had problems with the resort wanting an additional deposit.

Only complaint I would have is that I paid a $200.00 safety deposit to the owner through VRBO when I got and my stay and deposit were paid in full when I arrived, and when I checked in the staff member at the resort insisted I pay a $100.00 incidental deposit on top of my deposit even after I explained to him that I had already paid it to the owner. I went up to the office the next day and asked another employee and they said it was not suppose to be ran and she said she would void the transaction. I will be checking my statement to be sure the charge was removed. I think a $300.00 deposit is excessive.

Beautiful Property - Everything you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Checked in easily at front desk, used the pool & beach area one day and then the Splash pad on other days (short, easy walk to all from the condo). The eating areas were good with good service & pricing & the clubhouse was nice with a store that had essentials. Uber ride was cheap to the nearest grocery store & the condo had everything we needed as well as being beautifully kept & decorated. Thanks so much for a great vacation! Also, owner was good with communication when questions were asked before trip.

Location, location

Great vacation.

We were there for 7wks and enjoyed the condo very much.Very clean and roomy.Pools and grounds are terrific.Plenty of area for walking both inside gates and along roads outside. Plenty of good golf in the area and also very close to theme parks and restaurants.Thanks Kevin .

Wonderful place!!!!!!

This place is great. It was clean. Had everything we needed. Kevin was great. He was super responsive, unlike my of the owners I'd dealt. I received my deposit back after a couple days. What more can we ask for? A great place and a attentive owner? Will stay here again and would highly recommend this place to friends and family.
