This was our second stay at Beacher's this year. We love the location, the cleanliness, the beach access, the pool. It's just a great place. The rooms are SMALL, and my husband just decided to sleep on the couch, rather than pull down the murphy bed, while my daughter and I shared the bedroom. This unit did not have a toaster oven in it. We prefer to use a toaster over rather than a regular oven. We made the unit work for our family of 3, two adults and one teenager, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family of four. It would be way to tight. This was also our first time staying on the third floor and I prefer the 4th floor for the beach views. The unit was clean and well kept. The location is in a more serene part of A1A, and not close to a lot of shops and restaurants. BUT it is super close to Viola's Restaurant which is one of our favorites, the pizza and pasta are amazing. We had pizza to go one night and dined in another, the food is that good. If you are looking for great beach access, awesome views in a quaint environment Beacher's Lodge is the place for you. We will be coming back.
