This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Seychelles! The condo was beautifully decorated and well kept. Our sliding door to the patio was broken, however, customer service made us aware even before we arrived and maintenance had it fixed the morning of our first full day. The condo was so close to the beach…hardly any walking necessary to get a waterfront spot. We will definitely be returning!

Like new beach front condo!

This is a beautifully updated condo! It was super clean and felt as though we were the first one's to ever stay there. The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect! Having Schooners restaurant right next door was amazing, as they have great food and drinks, at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back and will recommend staying here to friends and family.

One of our favorite family vacations ever!!

My family and I haven't been to PCB in quite some time because we aren't fans of how busy and touristy the city is. However, our son played in the PCB World Series this past week so this is where our vacation was this year. We had the BEST time. The condo was perfect! Great location on the low key end of town but still with PLENTY to do. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for the entire week. We never waited on elevators the entire time we were there. We are looking forward to returning to the same place next year. The only very minor issues that were noticed were the master bath sink drained REALLY slow and the sliding door to the balcony was really hard to open and close. We let the guest services know while we were there so hopefully they will be fixed before the next guests arrive!

Great room for couples retreat or small family beach trip

The room was clean and had everything we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed to be in good condition. The bold yet simple styling of the room made it feel homey without a lot of clutter. We just had 2 people for our trip, but it would have been comfortable with 2 adults and 3-4 kids. The balcony gave a good view of the beach and sunsets. One of the pools was closed for repairs while we were there which resulted in the remaining pool being more crowded than we would have preferred, but it was still sufficient for our use. Overall this is one of the better rooms I've stayed in during my many beach trips.

Beautiful view.

The view was absolutely stunning. My son loved waking up every morning to look at the ocean as the sun rose. The cleaning could have been better. It looked like black spots were in the shower and there was still sand on the floor. The only issue I have with check in it my code was wrong in the app and it never got updated like I asked them to.

Nice location

It was a nice condo I just feel that they need a new mattress. I slept in a hole.. ahahha!! The couch seats were pretty dirty but we just put a sheet over it. But over all it had all that we needed and was cleaned well. The staff and check in process was easy as well. The condo comes with free chair service but I do suggest you bring your own because they take the chair cushions up at 5 and they are wooden and can hurt your bum to sit on.

I would book again

I like the location of the Seychelles complex. You can walk to Schooners. This unit is nicely decorated. Pools are clean. Some other reviews complain the bed is too soft, personal preference, we found it to be fine. Balcony has nice high deck chairs for taking in the views. We saw dolphins from balcony nearly every day. My husband also had a manatee swim by him in the Water. My only suggestion would be they need to add a broom and dust pan (there is a vaccum but I didn’t want to drag it out to sweep up little bits of sand. Also I had to buy my own nonstick skillet the one there was not that great(I have had to so this many times in rentals) I should know by now to bring my own.

Lovely condo

The view is amazing. 10th floor was not bad. Elevators were quick and played good music. The water is crystal clear (except when it is storming). Wake up early and look for sea creatures swimming in the surf (saw dolphins and stingrays in the surf). Sun rise to the left (I didn't get up in time to really enjoy the sunrise) or from the balcony overlooking the parking garage. Sun set to the right and are amazing (Schooners restaurant shoots off a little cannon at sunset). Went in between the Spring break crowd and busy season which was really nice (no crowds). If you are boat savvy, rent a pontoon from Lagoon Pontoons and spend the day at Shell Island (it is beautiful). The Vacasa office staff at the condo were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The top bunkbed is definitely for the young and flexible folks. NO ice maker in freezer so buy a bag of ice from the grocery store to stick in the freezer. Air force base is nearby so keep your eyes peeled, you might get to see a jet or two fly by.

El departamento está muy bien Pero las atenciones que uno recibe en los departamentos es pésima Los trabajadores nos discriminaron y no querían brindarnos atención ni información Por parte de Vacasa nunca obtuvimos respuesta Como por ejemplo la hora de entrada Esperamos más de media hora a que abrieran la oficina Nunca nos contactaron con alguien que hablara español Si eres Mexicano o no sabes el idioma inglés Es mejor hospedarse en un hotel ya que aquí dominan varios idiomas y podrán atenderte mucho mejor

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful inside and out! We stayed 5 nights and it was very comfortable. The master bed slept great. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins swim. We are looking forward to our next trip there.

Perfect
