Garrett was an awesome host! Great communication from the booking til te departure! The Boardroom as its called was clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend b[king it! We had a 5 day stay in which the last day was an add on. Hands down the best stay I've ever had in PCB!

The condo was very clean and just beautiful. The complex is super quiet and the check in process was the easiest I have ever had. We simply parked and entered our condo with the code given by the owner. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the turtles in the pond and looking at the ocean. The beach was a very short walk and super easy to get to from our condo. I would definitely stay there again. Also the host was very attentive to our needs and stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was just how it should be.

We stayed with our family of four for a travel baseball weekend and this place was PERFECT. Spacious, clean, and an amazing condo complex. We enjoyed the beach and pool after long days of games. Garrett is a 10/10 host. We will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our 61st wedding anniversary in "The Board Room" condo.Great condo, easy check-in even for an 80 year old, perfect location, and great host!The condo was very clean, communications pre and post Check-in were very thorough. Convenient and secure parking. My wife and I enjoyed some great meals thanks to the suggestions in the Host's Notebook in the condo.

The host was extremely informative and on top of it. Lays everything out for you. The entire condo is black and white inspired and you can really see his vibe within the entire place. Extremely clean and has everything you would possibly need for a stay, You can really tell that he takes pride in what he has invested in. I recommend bringing a blanket for the sofa bed as it only had sheets available for us that we could find. Overall it was beautiful, you can see the ocean from the balcony. I will make note that you no longer need arm bands, so you can have pool access with just the code that is given 24 hours before you arrive. The security is outstanding and I would definitely choose this condo again for my next trip to PCB.

very nice place, each morning we would have our coffee out on the balcony watching the turtles in the pond. you can see the ocean from the balcony. location was very nice. Host is very quick to respond to messages. ADDED BONUS a box fan is in the bedroom closets that other host do not think about.

Garrett was one of the best hosts ever! He clearly communicated everything we needed to have a great stay. His condo was very nicely appointed. He had everything you should need. It was very clean, had a nice view and close to the beach. It is a very quiet building with lots of parking.
