The property was very spacious and inviting. It was located at a centralized location near the beach and several restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation. Melissa was excellent to work with. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to our next stay.

Fun spot

Very convenient location for two families with young kids. Loved watching the boats on the bay and the shuttle to the beach was fun for the kids as well as convenient! This particular condo was very nice and perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids.

Amazing family vacation

We had a great time from beginning communications with the owner and the rooms and accommodations! We had 4 grandkids with us who had plenty of room. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean and plenty of room for our group of 7. The owner was always available and helped when we needed it. We will most definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful condo, wonderful owner! Very relaxing!

We stayed here this weekend and absolutely loved it! The condo is very nice and has so much room! The decor is lovely, the beds are so comfortable and the view from the balcony is perfect. Bring a few groceries, and you could spend your entire vacation in the condo, you'd never have to leave for anything. The owner, Melissa, is super nice. We've stayed in a couple of her other units and they're all great! I would definitely recommend booking your vacation with her! Thanks again, we will be back!

Week with family

The room was just as pictured. Clean. Beautiful view of bay. My only problem was the last night of my trip was doubled booked. We had to leave with no where to go. Lost money on food we had purchased and had to spend more money on a not so nice hotel in foley (the only One we could find).

I enjoyed having Angie and her family as guest. Angie added an extra night to her stay. For some reason, it was not blocked on the calendar and another guest booked that night and the next week. I apologize for this. This is a very rare problem. I did find another location for Angie and I did give her a total refund. Angie chose to find her own location for the extra night. Thanks!

Missing Yeezy

The stay was great. The only complaint is, my daughter left some expensive shoes in the room.Apparently the housekeeper didn’t find them. I informed the host. Still no shoes.

Thanks for your review. Shonda notified me about her daughter’s missing shoes. My cleaners always give me any personal belongings guest leave behind. Both cleaners said they did not see any shoes when cleaning after Shonda’s group left. I even called security for Shonda’s daughter in helping find her shoes. I am so sorry for her loss.

Owner was wonderful! Very easy to communicate with about stay details. Parking spot was the best. Caribe had a lot to offer for our wide range of ages and was overall well maintained. Some things could use a little more maintenance and seemed aged as compared to newer resorts but had no impact to our stay. The Caribe was a little confusing to navigate at first (i.e. what elevators or stairs do we take, where is this located exactly) but once we got the hang of it, no big deal. Lazy river was VERY lazy. So many pools and water slides and all were fun! Elevators were out of order and slow but once again no big impact. My son spent every morning and evening fishing at the marina and had the time of his life! The Caribe really has so much to offer. Didn't really make it to the beach. It's definitely not direct, easy access but the cute little trolley seemed to be rolling all day with plenty of folks enjoying the beach. Feedback on condo itself - great location with wonderful views of the marina, clean, plenty of space, nice balcony, close to elevators, etc. Only downside and none were really impactful - ice machine didn't work but ice maker in fridge did the job, master bed was a bit uncomfortable but was so relaxed from vaca slept ok anyhow, few places around the condo could use some maintenance/repairs (master shower glass was little cracked, knob on master tub was off, etc.). Overall, wonderful! Looking forward to our next stay!!!

We also love watching the boats sitting on the balcony. I was informed that the week you were here lightning struck a transformer close to Caribe and affected power at Caribe causing problems with the elevators. The maintance issues you described in my condo are being addressed asap. The power button on the jacuzzi went missing and I jave ordered a replacement. The shower glass was also damaged during a stay and is being repaired asap. if it can happen, it does but I really do my best to provide the best for my renters. I loved having your family. plrase come back.😎

Blue Angel Weekend

Caribe is in a perfect spot being on the bay side so there is a lot of boat activity, several different pools, so even though it is a large complex there still isn't any overcrowding. The condo itself is very nice and clean and has a wonderful view from the balcony.

Beautiful view, place was clean and very spacious.

Hostess was very sweet. She made sure we had everything and that check in went smooth. She also called and made sure we were okay after a storm went thru. Would definitely book this condo for another beach trip in the future.

Loved our stay!

Beautiful views!! This was our 5th stay at the Caribe bc we love this complex and Orange Beach. This unit was our favorite because of the view. We spent hours watching all the boats from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and as always pools were super fun. Check in process was the easiest we have ever had. We loved it!
