Caribe - Your Ultimate Vacation Destination

Caribe is an amazing resort. Upon entering the resort through the 24 hour guarded gate, you'll enter a 23 acre paradise of lush natural landscaping and Caribbean styling that sets a special mood for your most relaxing and fun filled vacation ever. Caribe's amenities are world class. The kids will love the water slides at the three outdoor pools and everyone will enjoy floating on the 'Lazy River.' Indoor pools, jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, fitness center, tennis courts and a 10,000 square foot golf putting green are just a short elevator ride away.

My Condo is furnished for both beauty and comfort. Located on the 8th floor of building D, it provides floor to ceiling views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Ole River. Your can actually see down Perdido Key all the way to Florida. The balcony is a great place to see the kids in the lazy river, feel the fresh salt air, and enjoy the awesome sunrises and sunsets. There are grills provided by Caribe on the bay side for grilling steaks and seafood. You will love being able to access my free wireless network to the internet providing T-1 speed. You can play your own music library with 'itunes' wirelessly through my stereo. A 55 inch high definition LCD TV and DVD system is provided for your viewing pleasure. Each bedroom has their own TV/DVD system.

Just outside the gates, amusement parks and dolphin sight seeing boat trips for the kids, deep sea fishing and pristine golf courses for dad, shopping at unique local stores or the outlet mall in Foley for mom, and of course the miles and miles of sugar white sand beaches all are waiting for you. Nightlife is plentiful in the Orange Beach area. From the infamous 'Flor-Bama' to fine dining, you'll find what you seek. Caribe you'll find is the ultimate vacation!

Best property I’ve stayed at in OB!!
The condo is very spacious (2 adults/6 kids aged 6-11), clean and STOCKED! Seriously everything. We didn’t go out to eat once, cooked all meals and had all the pots, pans and other essentials to do it! Views are amazing & the sunsets are gorgeous. The pool areas are recently renovated & gorgeous and clean. The kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Golf is a bonus and the courts too! Parking spot if right in front of the entrance & the elevators are fast!! Lots of hired security onsite (we stayed spring break week) which made us feel comforted. Great communication with John - very quick response and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect place for our week during our granddaughter’s softball Nationals. Plenty for the kids to do at the resort. Check in was super easy. Parking spot by entrance was a life saver. Condo was super clean, kitchen well stocked, view was awesome.

The property had plenty of things for the kids to enjoy. They loved the pools. The condo was amazing! Very clean, easy check in, and beautiful view. The owner was beyond great to work with. He checked in with us a few times just to make sure things were going well. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Great getaway!
My family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. The condo was clean, spacious and equipped with everything that you may need. The view of the Gulf was spectacular from the balcony. The resort itself was renovating the lazy river and 3 pools so those were closed. However, there were still plenty of indoor and outdoor pools open. The location was perfect as it wasn't in the busy tourist areas but it was close to everything. Overall, great vacation and great condo.

These condos were in an excellent location. Not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but just over the bridge from all of the action. The view from our condo was absolutely beautiful and all of the pools were amazing.

Lovely beach vacation
I planned this trip to the Caribe at Orange Beach for my fam so there would be something for everyone, but I had a hard time deciding which unit to rent. I’m very glad I chose this condo because for one, the location of the unit is prime. You have a breathtaking panoramic gulf/beach view from the moment you walk in the door. The 8th floor balcony is high enough to have privacy yet located where you can see the lazy river and pools as well as the beach and bay! Inside the unit the owners had everything we could think of and more. The photos do not do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised. With 8 of us and our kids ages being 5-26 my husband and I always try to make sure there is something for everyone when we book a stay. The pools, lazy river, hot tubs, water slides, and indoor pools/slides, and close proximity to the beach were features I knew we would love and we did! The Cobalt restaurant was our favorite of the places we dined on our vacay, and so convenient! One night went on a dolphin cruise at the Caribe’s marina, which was enjoyable. Another deciding factor for us is that we’ve stayed in the other Orange Beach resort built by the same company so I knew this one would probably be similarly spacious with a nice balcony, which it was, and at a fraction of the price.

The unit was perfect! I didn’t even realize it was 3 bathroom. I couldn’t have asked for more from the unit. Lots of space with beautiful views! The resort is awesome with so many amenities! We enjoyed the pools, the lazy river, and the beach. The trolly service to the beach was another unexpected bonus and couldn’t have been better or easier to use. The deli/bar and small game room in the bottom of the tower we’re also great!

Mother's Day Getaway
The resort was absolutely gorgeous. The resort staff was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Those were just my opinions upon entering the property before entering the breathtaking condo. The unit was immaculate and very well appointed. The photos don't do the unit justice. The panoramic beachview is superb. My only regret is not adding our trip highlights to the book of experiences left by other guest in a lovely coffee table book. Thank you, Mr. Sparks, for maki g our first family vacation after the pandemic so memorable.

I am currently retired from Air Traffic Control and teaching aviation at a high school in Newnan Georgia. I am married to a wonderful woman, Victoria Sparks. I grew up in Mobile Alabama and my family vacationed in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area often. I always loved the beach, swimming, and fishing. My passions are golf, fishing, and flying. As I near retirement, I look forward to returning to my 'roots'. We plan to live at Caribe at least part time in the future.

What makes this property unique

The beach in Orange Beach is wonderful white sand. Orange Beach was originally a fishing village and the fishing is still some of the best in the world. Charters are available to catch almost anything you have in mind. History buffs will enjoy learning about the forts that protect Mobile Bay. The food is some of the best you will ever put in your mouth. The nightlife is varied and mostly a lot of fun. Have a great time.
